I think you will be happy with there services if you understand everything in advance. Laser hair removal is a process and only works for very people. Throughout the appointment, I felt like more of a burden than a valued customer. A white woman came in after me, and her demeanor instantly shifted--she became bright and bubbly, which was in stark contrast to how she treated me. The service was on the expensive side, and she asked for a tip afterward, which felt a bit pushy. There was also a robotic attempt to upsell products after the session, which added to the uncomfortable experience. If you fit the typical customer profile, you might have a better time, but I walked away feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.

Eventually made conversation as time went on. Might just be his personality. I believed there were only 2 employees working when I came in. I was not given a service menu or offered "types of pedicures" so I'm not sure if there is more than one service available. I asked if there was guest WiFi, he said no. I was only getting one bar 5G (practically no service). The reasoning behind it was "it's the same WiFi used for our payment system and we don't want hackers.". He asked if I had AT&t and said that is the reason I don't have good service here so I was unable to use internet. The building felt like there was no air circulation and it was hot. Mind you, outside was 87 degrees. The pedicure was honestly trash, he only did my feet, literally. He never touched my calves or shins.. and no massage. When he did the exfoliation, salt scrub, he only did the top of my foot. Which was pretty confusing. When he did the lotion he only rubbed it into the top of my feet and ankles. Again, never getting my shins or calves. The building was clean and beautiful. They offer bottle water but it's $1 each. No price menu posted anywhere. NOT WORTH IT.

When I find a good barber I like to share the experience so I can maybe help someone avoid getting a bad haircut at another place. The positives: -The quality of the haircut -The barbers take their time to provide a great cut -They use straight razors to get a clean shave and crisp lines -The barbers are friendly, have fun, and create a welcoming environment -For the quality they provide, the cost is super cheap ($14 dollars for a hair cut; $5 dollars for beard trim and straight razor; $3 dollars for beard trim) -I have seen children in the shop each time I have been there so they are good with kid cuts -Best fade I have gotten in a while Ways I think the shop could improve: -Offer appointments through a service like Resurva because the wait can be long at times -If the shop stays as busy as it was this morning, hire a shop receptionist to handle appointments/walk-ins, interact with waiting customers and keep the shop clean after cuts -Hang more artwork and offer hair and beard products for people to purchase after a cu If you haven't gotten your hair cut here yet, you should! That is wear I met Megan & other staff & scheduled my appointment. Their system sent reminders & confirmations before my appointment. As Megan is prepping she is explaining everything to me, asking if I'm comfortable & advising of the possible discomforts of the process. She did this throughout the process, which made me feel at ease. The process takes about 45 minutes or so, it was about an hour total from arrival to departure. Megan was amazing & friendly. I didn't feel to much discomfort & loved that she did before & after pictures. We talked an about some of the after care during the process but she did go over it again & provided a care kit for me as well. The results were amazing & they are still looking great. I will be returning them to get more services done.
