I literally moved my schedule & went with another stylist to accommodate their schedule this last time, showed up and said sorry I'm not able to do this. Do not go here!!!! I am heartbroken. I have tried to make a good customer for N- touch. However, after the first time I went there not only was my hair treated horribly. I left there after six hours of bleach and toner on my hair. Chunks of my hair were pulled out as they were brushing my hair as it had bleach and toner in it in the bowl I snapped a picture of it. I assumed the stylist didn't knowing what she was doing. My hair was bleached twice toned twice because of banding. I didn't realize how much hair I've lost until I got home. There was breakage in the front and more throughout the hair. I contacted the owner. We came to the agreement. I would get two treatments done and be set up with a different stylist for my next bleach touchup. I agreed. I returned for the two treatments. I then returned for my second touch up bleach appointment. The old stylist and the manager, not the owner, the manager we're working my second time appointment. However, they were instructing my stylist how to bleach my hair. She listened and this is how my hair turned out! After being verbally abuse by the manager, I requested I talk to the owner the owner then asked me "why did I even return if I wasn't happy the first time?" I told her she made me feel comfortable and confident this wouldn't happen again. Throughout our conversation, she was very combative, and more like pointing the finger at me like I'm in the wrong. She asked me to be set up with a another stylist that had previously done one of the two treatments. The atmosphere was terrible Just about every time I went . Their music selection was not very fitting for a classy salon more like for a bar or club. I was stressed. I kept asking myself why am I paying all this money?It was like walking into the beauty school rather than a higher class salon any times I have visited. I watched stylist that have been there longer may have a better degree, put down and shame other girls they have watching them . I left there, shaking, crying with no answers of what to do next! After I was spoken to the way, I was from the manager and then the owner I have no words. I am in total shock of how my hair turned out! I went here to get my eyebrows and lip waxed and was very impressed! I booked online not knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! It's a beautiful and calming environment that allows you to really relax and enjoy the experience. The decor was chic and the technician, Abby, was amazing. She was very professional, kind, and good at her job. I will be coming back for all my beauty needs! As for the shop itself, I cannot sing enough praises for the environment. Ok, I'm back and beyond thrilled!! I was an NTouch client for a long time when my stylist left, so I followed her. After a year or so, not happy, went to another recommended stylist at another salon. Ugh, color fading quickly, dry hair, no life in my hair, so I called NTouch and was willing to beg to get back in as a client at NTouch!! They were able to get me in with Aaron, and as with any NTouch stylist, totally satisfied!! It's a combination of Aveda's own training for their stylists and the Aveda products, the outcome is amazing! I'm 70+ with thinning and graying hair....and it's like a miracle, my hair looks like I have double the amount of hair I have. Aaron recommended some slight framing and slight layering and it has made my home styling sooo easy!! Also, I used to have to wash my hair every other day for any life and as my husband said it was still flat to my head. Also, my hair color is not fading as quick as it has in the past. If you are having problems, don't hesitate trying NTouch! It's all about the total experience, properly trained stylist, great color product followed up with same great quality of shampoo and styling products! I just had the most amazing experience here! I've been staying in Radcliff for a couple months, hunkering down during this pandemic storm, and desperately needed a haircut. I even told myself I would go to Louisville to find a great salon if I had to, but a quick yelp search led me straight to NTouch and I literally couldn't be happier. I knew I found the right place before I stepped in when I called to make an appointment and was greeted with an insanely kind and friendly voice. When I arrived, they did temperature checks, had me wipe down my phone etc with a sani wipe, and wash my hands. With everyone in masks too, I felt so confident that they were taking these precautions for us all to be safe. Every single person in the salon was happy, friendly, and such a joy to be around. Brooke did the Great Cut for me cutting my hair from my lower back up to my shoulders. She gave me her honest input with her personal expertise which is something so rare to find and massively appreciated. She was super sweet and engaged in just the right amount of conversation, letting me enjoy some chit chat as well as some time to relax myself. In addition to a great stylist, the inclusion a shoulder rub, scalp massage, and hand massage with a hair wash was such a win. The price for all of this also couldn't be any better. I didn't realize this was an Aveda Hair Salon. I called to schedule a hair appointment and the lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful as I was telling her what I preferred in a stylist. Most salons give you the newest stylist with the least experience so that stylist can begin to build their clientele, been there, done that. I was promptly greeted on the day of my appointment and check in was efficient. My stylist Sandy was a breath of fresh hair as she asked me a lot of questions about my hair color, what I wanted, didn't want, what I've had etc...some I wasn't even sure how to answer lol because no stylist had ever asked. She's clearly very knowledgeable about her trade and I booked my next appointment with her before I left that day. I'm so happy to have finally found a local hair salon and not have to drive 2 hours round trip as I have for the last 15 months for a hair appointment in Louisville. I found Michelle to be an expert colorist. My hair is coming in gray and I wanted it to be highlighted with platinum to lift my color & maintain a natural look. She succeeded beyond my expectation. Michelle cut my hair into an attractive bob giving it shape & a look of volume which it lacks. The atmosphere is relaxing and I was treated to a complimentary neck, shoulder and hand massage. Oh yes, did I mention aromatherapy?! This salon is classy. It reminds me of the salons in Europe. Before leaving Michelle gave me written advise on hair treatment and what products best suit my hair. The work they do may be great, but I wouldn't know. I called to schedule an appointment and was told to come in for a consult and that I could just walk in. I came in (30 min drive) and was told that wasn't true. They had a consult open in an hour, so I went out for dinner and came back, not a big deal. I was scheduled for an appointment to get my hair done about 2 weeks from then. A couple days before my appt they called me to tell me the stylist I was scheduled with won't be there so they moved me to a different one that was available on the same day. I show up to my appointment and get informed that she's not there and they "should have called that morning." I hate my time wasted like this. DO NOT GO FOR A HAIR DYE. Terrible over-dyeing on neck and face. Extremely unprofessional and all they said was, "Sorry. Normally after the dye is in, we clean up the edges and apply a barrier cream. I'm not sure why she didn't do that." I asked them how they planned to earn our return business and all they offered was for us to come back and shampoo again which would compromise the dye job. As for the spa side, my massage was nice and the waiting area was pretty comfortable. It sucks because now we'll have to go to Louisville for professional service. Where do I beginning with this amazing place?? Ntouch is a little bit of a high end resort spa dropped into the small town of Elizabethtown. The building gives not much hint of the absolutely serene and calming spa that is inside. The decor is full of calming blues with natural wood and stone accents. The air is filled with the wonderful aromas that are the signature of all Aveda Salons. The staff is friendly and extremely attentive. I have been using this Salon/spa since it first opened, years ago. And every time I am there, I am quickly greeted and always asked if I would like some tea or water. The stylists in the Salon are top-notch and are always going to educational events to keep them on the cutting edge. I would personally recommend Jessie, but all of the stylists are fantastic! The Spa side of NTouch is just as amazing. Laura Boozer is the owner and she herself is a well-respected massage therapist at the top of her field. Especially for athletes, Laura is a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I cannot express enough that you should give NTouch a visit for any and all of your beauty and relaxation needs! read more

This place was exceptional! Everyone from the front desk staff to my stylist were wonderful. You are offered water or tea while you wait or fill out your form (if you're new to the salon). Every cut includes a hot towel wrapped around your head AND hand massage while you wait for your conditioner to set in! I loved that. My stylist, Hannah, was friendly and polite and honest about her thoughts on the top of style I should go for... I told her what I didn't like and where I think I might want to go with the cut and she offered up several suggestions. I chose one and she delivered perfectly. I wanted her to do my highlights as well but unfortunately she didn't have any availability during the time I will be here in the area. They gave me a questionnaire to fill out while I waited along with a glass of water My stylist was Taylor and she was so sweet and nice. I have been a client at Ntouch for a few years now. I used to enjoy nail service here and occasional haircuts when I couldn't get in at Purple Rose. I recently made an appointment for my 7 year old daughter to get her haircut, she was very excited and we rushed to make it on time with my 8 week old son. AFTER arrival I was told my 8 week old sleeping baby in a wrap was not allowed on the floor and my 7 YEAR OLD daughter who is already very shy would have to go back alone to a male( not that that matters but she is already timid). Quite surprised when I arrived and walked through the doors! A true Aveda salon. Great selection of product. The ambience is true to Aveda upscale tradition. The front desk representative who checked me in was gracious and shared some new services to be offered soon. This was an experience not just an appointment. My experience started off being escorted to the back, where there was low lighting, calm painted walls, cucumber water w/ 3 options of self serving snacks. Rooms to change into a nice robe, lockers to place my items and upon leaving the changing rooms, sitting in a male / female lounge, massage therapist preparing a warm water foot wash before being escorted to the massage room. My massage therapist Clint was wonderful. Very professional with perfect pressure throughout the hour. A fabulous experience. I recently moved here from D.C and lived above an Aveda spa... which I loved! Ntouch Salon and Spa so far has exceeded my expectations in the massage, ambiance and decor department. Lol They got me in for a half an hour facial and let me just say I left in much better shape than when I came in. The employee listened to my needs and provided a soothing facial to help me relax. I visited this place for a massage and had a good experience. Since that went well, I decided to make an appointment to get a haircut. I've been looking for a new place since we moved to Hardin county. However, when I went in for my appointment today I was told that my appointment had been canceled. On Thursday, I received a call confirming my appointment, but never got a call notifying me of the cancellation. The employee who was checking me in was not very helpful and was rude. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I will not be returning and will drive the 45 minutes to visit my stylist in Louisville because I know I will not have this kind of issue. read more
