The skill here scares me. After less than 12 hours, the glue of my full set fall off and the acrylic gel couldn't hold it either. Done by nail tech SORAN. Then the Customer service is TERRIFYING. I came back for one nail fix and not only did I had to wait for an hr. I almost had my nail RIPPED off By nail tech JUDY. This Girl started to use a fake nail at the corner of my nail to TEAR off the gel. What?!!! Absolutely painful and horrifying. I originally had a full set, and instead of soaking and filing, the tech tried to RIP it off raw. I told her it hurts and requested soaking off. She said "okay that will be 30min". She moved me to a different spot then started servicing a different customer. After 20min soak off, I told her my finger went NUMB due to the coldness of the Acetone, and asked to get filed off the rest. She told me she WILL NOT do that because she won't go back and forth with her current customer. I then asked for another tech to help out. She got ANNOYED and started speaking in her primary language to have someone else come file for me. Then they leave me waiting for ANOTHER HOUR just because they chose to service other people behind me AND keep on PASSING me on also JUDY. I went for the first time today! This is a pretty big nail salon with a lot of workers. I got there at about 3:40 and left at 5:30ish which I feel like is typical in the nail world. I costs $55 for a fill in which is insane considering a full set costs $60 so I don't really know what's happening there. This was the first time I've been here and I was instantly impressed with the precautions they were taking in regards to COVID. I was seated immediately, I requested a dip manicure. I loved the way they came out originally. I noticed the underneath were not done, there was plastic coming off from the tips, it just needed to be filed. I liked the guy that did them so I didn't say anything. When I went to pay I was so surprised they were $68. The receipt read: dip manicure with tip $55, coffin shape $5, matte topcoat $3, extra length $5. I can understand the extra for the shape, I don't totally get the extra $3 for matte but it's okay, however, I can't understand why I was charged for "extra length"...isn't that what a tip is? And also, my nails aren't very long lol. Just two days after they were done, the dip started chipping on my right thumb. I was so disappointed, especially with how much I paid. Now, a week since they've been done, my left thumb has a decent side chip in it. It's definitely not worth the price for the cheap product they use and they will over charge you for every little thing. I won't be returning. read more

I went to get a pedicure and a full set(gel), the young man that did my services did a terrible job, a rushed job,! First my pedicure he barely got the dead skin off me feet. I wanted gel on my nail not just get polish but he use acrylic then gel polish which the acrylic irritated my skin and while using the nail machine on my nails he cut my skin not once but twice and which started bleeding! It was terrible, bout a week later my thumb nail started lifting my hair kept getting caught in another cracked nail, so after removing the nails 3 of nails turned black and the skin under my nails are badly damaged, now I have to wait a while before I can get my nail done again just so my nail bed and under my nails can heal properly, I don't know if he didn't know what he was doing or the utensils wasn't clean good enough but I definitely won't be back there!! I brought my daughters in at opening time for 3 of us to get pedicures, and 1 of us to get a full set, and they were already slammed. I figured this was a good thing, and the services would be on par, but I was wrong. The best thing I can say about this place is that they have a cute pedicure chair for little kids, and they treated my 6 year old like a princess. My oldest daughter got the full set, and she showed them the picture of what she wanted, but what she got was not exactly what she had wanted. Close, but not close enough. My middle daughter and I got pedicures, hers started before mine by about 15 mins, and my lady was rushing me through while her guy was taking his time, so even though I started way after her, we were done at the same time. I had high hopes for this place, but their prices and their services definitely aren't worth it. If you're interested in half-assed acrylics, and incomplete and rushed pedicures, this place is for you. Or if you'd rather not drop $50 on a 10 minute pedicure where your feet aren't soft afterwards, maybe try somewhere else. read more

Went in to get my daughters' first manicures and pedicures for their 6th and 4th bdays. Only 1 person was assigned to us and they expected my children to sit there and wait their turns while my pedicure was done before they were even touched. The person may have been new because it took over 40 mins for my basic pedicure and honestly it's a chunky, messy job. After I was finally done and my girls were antsy as heck he started on one. It took 30 mins for just toe polish! Decided to cancel the manicures because at this point my girls wanted to leave but we stuck it out for the birthday girl. He started on my second daughter but disappeared part way through and we sat there idle for 20 mins before my kids were grumbling about being starving and we were late for our lunch date. I was so fed up at this point that I started to try and finish it. When they noticed this they called a SPARE PERSON they had in the back to finish. Took him not even a minute to paint her nails! As it should! But the first daughter's nail polish was so chunky that hers weren't dry yet after 25 minutes! I ended up carrying them to the car so we could get to their birthday lunch an hour late. Omg... By far the best nail salon I've been to in my entire life. The nail tech, Nelson, was hilarious and so down to earth. When my sister in law and I walked in, the place was so quiet and everyone looked so serious. I couldn't deal and started with an ice breaker of how strict the place seemed. It's safe to say, there was so much laughter after that between the three of us. Other customers and staff started jumping into our conversation and a few said they wanted to be in our side of the room lol... My sister got a mani/pedi and I got dip powder nails. His wife was my nail tech and he was my sister in law's. They are so good at their craft. I love how my nails turned out and I didn't have to make any corrections like I usually do after telling other nail salons how I want it. I came her with long , pretty nails that I took a lot of care with and pride in. I left with the hands of a lumberjack.‍ I waited an hour and a half and when it was my turn I sat down and she took a file to them like she was at war. She overfiled my nail too smooth because she kept talking to another worker and was looking around the whole time, so she made it paper thin. Then she handed me off to another girl who had no clue what I'd told the previous one and proceeded to ask me what I wanted all over again. I told her the shape and polish and she proceeded to completely ignore me and cut all my nails down too short. I figured I could live with it until she proceeded to start filing them into a completely different shape as well. When I spoke up she said that I never told her what I wanted. When I repeated it again she said that what I wanted would look ugly! Rude and insulting. The man next to her tried to back her up and then I had both of them telling me a French manicure on rounded nails would be "ugly". Then she got up and went over to another customer to file their nails and left me sitting there. By this time I'd been there over 90 minutes. I just got up and asked to pay for what had been done and left. If you let them do what they want I'm sure it would be a decent experience but don't expect to do what you want if they don't agree. My nails are butchered and have no defined shape. Some are round some are square and some are both. They'll talk the whole time to each other and you'll be handed off to each other without speaking. It's a pretty rude environment. I def won't be going back. read more

I will not go back. The person doing my pedicure had their toddler tugging at her and hitting her. Twice, she stopped my pedicure to get a tissue to wipe the child's runny nose. Never changed gloves. They did my nails last night and I got dip, which is supposed to be like ceramic. Well it wasn't. I asked her to add another coat because my nails were thin and she said that they only put on 2 coats of the dip. I explained that it will crack and I needed it thicker and of course she did not do what I asked. I was gone 45 minutes and was shopping at Kroger's and of course my nail broke. After I got done I immediately went back to the nail salon. This lady was mad and they were talking about me in their language. She kept talking about me and I could tell she was mad, so I got up and told them what I thought and left. I had to completely redo what this lady did. I paid $65 dollars plus a $10 tip for something that broke within 45 minutes. I would not go to this shop, they are cheap and will not listen. My MOH and I needed manicures and pedicures before my wedding. We got a recommendation for another salon but they were rude and couldn't get us in. After reading the reviews for Glamorous Nails, and that they accepted walk-ins we headed over. For a Thursday afternoon they were incredibly busy, but since so many people were walking in -just like us- it wasn't anything to complain about. After waiting for a while they called is back for pedicures. Everything was very clean and everyone was so friendly! The foot massage was great after a long day of running wedding errands out of town. They had to bring in a second guy because I was having French tips done and he hadn't need trained for that yet, which was fine by me. We moved on to the manicure and again, very clean and so friendly. I showed a photo of the exact shape and style of French tips I wanted and he nailed it - absolutely perfect. I got a full set acrylic and a pedicure for $50. the ladies and guys there are really nice and talk to you a lot. they're vietnamese but they got that southern sweetness! (lol). It's a huge space, so much more than I'm used to back home in Northern California. There price is very reasonable!! I was signed in before the other two who sat down (one was my friend). My water was never turned on, despite a tech telling me to stick my feet in the tub... no acknowledgment at all for another approx. hour, so I got up out of the chair. Lady up front had nerve to ask me if I still wanted a pedicure. You would think if I waited two hours, I was committed already. Completely disappointed with the customer service and lack of techs available. It was obvious they had favorite customers and took care of them like gold. However, as a first time customer and possible long term customer, maybe the hospitality can be shared. I won't go back here. There are several other places. Tried out this salon for the first time today, and was super impressed! When I got there (about an hour after they opened) they were very busy and said that the wait would be about 30 min for a what I wanted. I only waited about 20 min before they escorted me back for my pedicure. The first gentleman that helped me gave me the best pedicure I've ever had! He was pleasant, took his time, and did a beautiful job on my gel nails. (I seriously think he massaged my feet for twenty minutes....amazing!) He ensured that I was happy with the results before moving me over to another station for my manicure. The second younger gentleman (I wish I had gotten their names) that helped me with my nails was equally great. He also checked multiple times to make sure I was happy with the length, color, and style before finishing my gel nails with shellac overlay. I've been to this salon three times. Each time I've been told a wait time and it was far exceeded. I'm talking two hours to wait and their wait chairs are not comfortable. Apparently only two or three technicians can assist you if you need acrylic or gel nails. The first time my nail shape was amazing. The owner did them. I like a shorter almond, almost like a teardrop. We I went to get a fill, that lady couldn't do almond so I ended up with a oval almond shape. This last time I decided to get a pedicure because it seems you get in faster for a pedicure because there are more technicians for that. The lady cut my toenail on the side, I guess to avoid ingrowns, which I don't get, and pulled it instead of cutting it like a hang nail and my my toe is swollen, sore, and looks infected. The spa pedicure is nothing special, just a smell selection that comes in a box. It took four hours with wait time, pedicure and get a fill. My fill turned into a new full set because the tech said my nails were lifting. Mind you this is just my second fill on this set. The last fill my thumb nail color peeled all the way off. I usually don't have these issues from other places. I get gel and shellac... this trip was $115. I won't be back. read more

I was coming in for a fill in and a cut down, which routinely should only take about 30 to 45 minutes. I was sitting in the waiting area for an hour before they told me I was next, by that time 2 people who came in after me were already being taken care of. 30 more minutes go by and I'm still not being attended to. I left immediately. I wasted 2 times the amount of time I should have spent in that salon, which makes me extremely displeased. Overall extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service, seeing as they didn't even give me a wait time when I came in.
