Unfortunately I didn't have much time. They said she was close by so I waited until 10 minutes past the appointment time which is about how long a consultation would've taken anyway. She wasn't there yet. That just made me feel like she didn't care because a consultation is free but if it went well, I would have made an appointment. If she didn't write it down, it meant I didn't matter. It just gave me a bad first impression. Aside from that, it's a nice salon. Small, but decorated nice with a small town feel. One customer inside was getting her hair done by a different stylist and her cut and color looked amazing! So it looks like if your hairdresser remembers your appointment it'll turn out good for you. It just wasn't my day.

After a botched job & failed attempt at fixing the mess-up, I walked out of the salon with red/copper highlights throughout the top of my head. This has never happened to me, ever! And they still charged me for the service. Now I have to go pay again to another salon for them to fix my hair. Not good business!

Per Big Kev - "sure but it will cost you $25" they get their $25 but Erika loses out on a regular client that pays and tips very well. I will find a new barber but who really lost in this exchange?

Samantha was the hairstylist that reached out. I couldn't get in due to circumstances coming up with unknown weekend plans with upcoming weekend off. I got ahold of her this morning and got in with her after going against my better thought of not going back in and well, I'm just gonna say, Samantha got ya girl right!
