Not impressed. From the moment I walked in, seeing the Big sign Walk ins Welcome, but when I walked…read morein 2 stylist were sitting and chatting. I hear them ask what I needed, neither got up. They then asked each other, do you want to do it? and went back and forth until one got up. I should have left. They've been nicer at Cost Cutters! what does that tell you? I won't go back. I wanted a trim, exact same style but take the bulk out of the back. Seemed very inexperienced.

This is not the first time I have had to go back to get it fixed ,. it took all of 7 minutes ,they make more money than a Dr. and this is last time I will get a haircut from Cost cutters !!!
