Does not keep appointments. Showed up for appointment and the stylist left before my appointment time

Not impressed. From the moment I walked in, seeing the Big sign Walk ins Welcome, but when I walked in 2 stylist were sitting and chatting. I hear them ask what I needed, neither got up. They then asked each other, do you want to do it? and went back and forth until one got up. I should have left. They've been nicer at Cost Cutters! what does that tell you? I won't go back. I wanted a trim, exact same style but take the bulk out of the back. Seemed very inexperienced. read more
