Very professional from scheduling to the actual plumbing service. Patiently listen and explain the problem to us. read more

They are courtesy, on time, trustworthy although it was the first stage for the project.

Great service. Had an issue with our sink handle and it was a super easy fix. I tried to fix it beforehand and couldn't get it. Eddie Munoz was super helpful. He came and helped fix everything super quick, even as I watched over his shoulder, he was super kind and was showing me what he was doing. Great service and really appreciative as he taught me along the way. Highly recommend eddie for his expertise, kindness, and great service. read more

I sent out requests for a price quote to change out a under sink garbage disposal. I received numerous responses with exorbitant pricing (2-3 times more than what I paid) or a charge to come and give me an estimate. Mastercraft Plumbers had the best price and friendly customer service. I was able to get the service scheduled within a couple of hours. The technician was friendly and professional. The payment invoicing was seamless. I am definitely going to call this company for all future plumbing needs. read more

Had Joe at my house today, that's the first time I am calling Mastercraft for help. He went over my issue with the garden/storm drain pipe that is clogged with tree roots. To my surprise he just stated that I probably should save my money on the cleaning and call a gardener to redo the whole pipe instead as I will have more problems down the road. This kind of approach is quite important nowadays as many contractors are laser-focused on short term gains rather than long term customer satisfaction. Will definitely call them for the next job! read more

MasterCraft saved me. I had a stopped up tub and shower drain. Richard and his helper Eric together not only opened my 1-1/2" drain pipe They snaked the 3" line also. Now my toilet draining problems are fixed too. I can't believe it, they only charged me for opening the 1-1/2" line. This is one of the best experiences I have ever seen had. read more

Giovanni was thorough and professional. Keeping in mind new toilet connections were what was needed. I found the price a bit of a shock.

We had an emergency situation at the 11th hour on Friday right before the long Memorial Day weekend. A time when everyone is shutting down and taking off for a longer weekend. A pipe had burst and flooded the area. The water heater needed to be moved to allow access so dry out remediation could begin and hot water would remain in tact. A previously scheduled plumber cancelled their appointment. MasterCraft Plumbers came to the rescue! Professional, responsive, and great to work with. Thank you Joe, Brett, Mike, and team for delivering in a difficult situation. I highly recommend your team for your great value, quality, and service. read more

We were in need of a new toilet due to the one we currently had constantly clogged and had little to no flush power. The snag we had was we had to have a specific one piece that would fit under the banjo counter (not a fan of those things). We had planned to renovate but with unexpected company coming we had to fast forward our plans and replace the toilet first. After working with Manny and the excellent other gentleman who worked together to not only find a toilet and have it ordered but they drove to go and pick it up and install it next day. It was not easy but everyone had excellent attitudes and were a pleasure to work with. I would defiantly call and work with them again in the future. read more

Manny was very professional and helped educate me on my plumbing issue. Would hire again.

We had all of our water pipes replaced by MasterCraft Plumbers and were delighted - both with the quality of the workers - hard working and extremely nice - as well as the work that they performed. We now have not only new water pipes but also continuously recycling hot water from the hot water heater to the farthest bathroom and also a small attachable On Demand water heater, which we purchased separately, for the kitchen. Life is good! And we highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers. read more

We had a dishwasher/disposal installed by another company and it began to leak. We called MasterCraft late Friday afternoon before a three day weekend. They arrived within an hour and my entire kitchen sink plumbing was rebuilt and tested within an hour. They were exceptionally polite and professional. Would definitely use again. read more

Manuel and crew were prompt in responding to my request. Replacement of the leaking hose bibs was a big improvement over the original home builder setup. Reasonable cost to replace. I should have called them sooner. I'll be calling them again for future projects. read more

They was the first response to my request, however, the quote for repair was way too high, so glad that I've contacted others for the same service these guys was 7x higher for the repair cost. I would not recommend them due to the overly cost for a small job. Here's their rating: Response = 4, Service cost = -100. Compare multiple quotes than you will see why you will not hire this company. read more

Manny Castro came out same day and provided excellent customer service. Clear on options and executed the repair quickly. I would recommend mastercraft and Manny for any repairs. read more

MasterCraft is the only company you need to call when it comes to anything to do with your home! The plumbing division is available to help with everything from replacing a water line for a refrigeration to a full remodeling project. We were able to get help with our plumbing issue within a couple of hours of placing a phone call. The pricing is fair and they will let you know if you can easily fix the issue yourself if that's an option. Honest, reliable and professional. Highly recommend! read more

Very satisfied with the work by the plumber John who took the time to explain the problem and options. We had a bathroom remodel done by a different company and the shower fixtures they installed were faulty. Their repair attempt was also ineffective so we called Mastercraft who sent out John with a reasonable quote. Our shower is now functional and they also diagnosed a problem with the previous contractor's plumbing work (not performed by a professional plumber, lesson learned!), which we appreciated very much. read more

I met with Joe Martin, the owner today. I needed to consult Joe on a couple of things going on in my home and he patiently walked around, investigated and listened to my concerns. He never acted as if he was impatient and together we determined that there was no big issue...just something to keep an eye one. I peppered him questions about a variety of plumbing projects like: tankless hot water systems, water filtration systems etc trying to think about my priorities for my home over the near and long term. He did a great job summarizing pros/cons and giving ballpark costs so I can mull things over for when I'm ready. He is clearly a business owner looking to build a long-term relationship with his customers and not trying to upsell or squeeze every dime out of his client base. I highly recommend Joe and MasterCraft and I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs. read more

MasterCraft plumbers did a great job on our finish plumbing project. We called and they were out soon after to tackle two showers, three sinks, and a bath install. Our experience was great and I'd say this company is professional, knowledgeable and offered competitive pricing. Shout out to James, Mike, and John for great service. I'd highly recommend this company! read more

Good job. Reasonable price. Courteous phone support. Technician was right on time. Very happy with this service.

Quick, reliable, honest and super friendly! Truly masters of their craft. Highly recommended using this local Carlsbad company. Great job by the technician Manny Castro! read more

I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers. I got a very quick response to my quote request. They were able to provide a ballpark estimate over the phone. They dispatched a technician promptly on the same day for our urgent plumbing issue. Our technician, Chandler, showed up on time, was polite and friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and was able to fix everything in the same day. read more

MasterCraft was able to provide immediate service to our little problem. Our son's shower wasn't turning off. And trying to be a DIY person we got stuck. Actually the cartridge got STUCK!!! Jeremy came within the hour and after some careful surgery was able to replace the unit. The price of the job was within the quotes I got from others. The only reason I would fault is no over the phone quote. I knew the issue but they insisted a no cost visit. Almost all the other plumbing companies require this. read more

I woke up in the morning to go to the bathroom and found a puddle on the floor with water coming out of the door frame, strange. Called MasterCraft and they had Nick out in an hour! He fixed the pin hole leak and provided us everything we need to have the drywall removed and repaired. Nick did a thorough work and now the leak is fixed. We will be calling them again next time we need a fix. read more

I'm a recent and first time home buyer, and as I'm settling in, I've been realizing there's a lot that I don't know that I don't know. Case in point? Toilets! I had 99 problems, and a flush was definitely one. With a master suite toilet having some water level issues, and armed with some "first time parent" style paranoia on what is normal vs. not, I requested quotes via Yelp last night. MasterCraft was incredibly quick to respond, and sent me a detailed message on how I could get in touch with them, as well as the fact that they do FREE estimates. Their professionalism combined with the ability to get a free estimate? As someone who's been bleeding money lately with the buying and moving process, this was music to my ears! After texting some basic information to James, he promptly called me and we scheduled a time for an estimate today. James and the team was prompt, friendly, and very efficient. They diagnosed the issue, worked their magic in minutes, and then went on their way. Should the situation ever arise again, I absolutely plan on and recommend using MasterCraft for any future jobs. The service was top notch and a breeze! Consider this a 5 star/wrench review! read more

They came today for a drain cleaning. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward. We were very pleased and will use them again!

I had a clogged bathroom sink issue and wanted to use a local company to have it solved. Left a message and was contacted promptly by James to talk about the problem and schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment, James contacted me again as the crew was running a bit late and he wanted to keep me informed. Crew showed up, and the guys were super polite, helpful and fixed the issue faster than I thought without leaving a mess. They even replaced the parts that I took out. I will definitely use the company again for plumbing issues. read more

Contacted MasterCraft to replace all of the (probably original) shutoff valves in a 25 year old home. They sent out Chandler and Eddie who were prompt and professional and they got all 15 replaced in short order. They kept me informed of what they were doing, answered all of my questions, checked for potential problems in other plumbing equipment and fixtures, and advised me how to best take care of the parts they replaced. Great service and value from a very professional team. read more

Excellent service on multiple jobs including repairing a water heater, remediation in kitchen and installation of a dishwasher. Every plumber that has been to our house has been experienced, confident and genuine. We will continue to use Master Craft for any future plumbing needs. read more

I had a terrible sewer odor smell in one of the bathrooms that I hardly ever use. After trying some home remedies that I learned from the internet, the smell still remained. I was convinced I needed a new wax ring, as that was the last remaining step. I called James on Wednesday and his tech came out Friday morning. Immediately he determined that it wasn't the wax ring because it wasn't leaking, but said it was coming from one of the two sinks in that bathroom that never gets used. That was the problem--the water in the P-Trap had evaporated, allowing the sewer smell to come up through the drain. Best of all, he didn't charge me! read more

Had a pretty significant leak that needed fixed. I reached out on Yelp to numerous plumbers. This company not only reached out almost immediately with availability to come out the next day. But their quote was less than any of the other companies. James was amazingly responsive and took the time to quickly respond to all my questions. The plumber that he sent out was quick to finish the project. Having had multiple leaks over the last few years this was the most efficient and quickly finished fix that we've had. 100% recommend this company and would definitely use in the future read more

Joe was really responsive and incredibly kind. Very fair rates and knowledgeable. He was able to service my garbage disposal and set up time for my tankless water heater. Definitely recommend hiring them. They'll be my go to plumber moving forward. read more
