Hello, When we called they had Manny out to our office with in 3 hrs. Manny had to turn off the water gauge for the building, we had no clue where it was. Manny was very proactive and was adamant about finding this gauge, I witnessed him climbing walls, walking around the building until he found it. He had the repair done with in a few hrs. We though one of us would have to stay overtime to have him finish the work. He was done before we had to leave work. The job was complete in 3-4 hrs. I'm a recent and first time home buyer, and as I'm settling in, I've been realizing there's a lot that I don't know that I don't know. Case in point? Toilets! I had a terrible sewer odor smell in one of the bathrooms that I hardly ever use. After trying some home remedies that I learned from the internet, the smell still remained. I was convinced I needed a new wax ring, as that was the last remaining step. I called James on Wednesday and his tech came out Friday morning. Immediately he determined that it wasn't the wax ring because it wasn't leaking, but said it was coming from one of the two sinks in that bathroom that never gets used. That was the problem--the water in the P-Trap had evaporated, allowing the sewer smell to come up through the drain. Best of all, he didn't charge me! read more

The quote we got from the plumber that came to our house was high and not particularly well-explained. However, I spoke with the manager of the company later, and he was awesome. He listened to my concerns, understood where I was coming from and sought to make it right. I was impressed by his integrity. Although we didn't use the company for this issue, I would in the future simply based upon the manager's (and owner's) response. I will add that the tech that came to our house was friendly and on time. I just wished he spent a bit more time trying to solve the problem and explain. Tech Came on time and was very polite. Changed a part to my kitchen sink and said he tightened all of the other pipes. After he left I noticed after I ran the water a few minutes it still leaked. Called them right away and two techs came back within the hour and tightened a different pipe. So far so good. Nothing is leaking. read more

I was looking for a plumber in Solana Beach through Yelp to help my tenants with their Master Bedroom shower cartridge which happened to be old and causing the opening shower Knob coming out. Although everybody can clam that, I wanted to give it a try and checking my good judgment. In fact, it happened to be true. Their reliability and good service started with an immediate appointment and with a window of one hour from my call, meaning that the technician supposed to be at the property within one hour. Master craft plumbers really came through for me when I needed help fast. I had a water pipe leaking in my ceiling (I know what a great design!) that threatened to mold and cause structural damage to my house. Brett got someone out to assess the situation in less than a couple hours (thank you Turner!) on short notice and had the same gentlemen out the next day to fix the pipe. My mother told me he took his time and was meticulous in searching for additional pin holes in our pipes.
