We were in need of a new toilet due to the one we currently had constantly clogged and had little to no flush power. The snag we had was we had to have a specific one piece that would fit under the banjo counter (not a fan of those things). We had planned to renovate but with unexpected company coming we had to fast forward our plans and replace the toilet first. He never acted as if he was impatient and together we determined that there was no big issue...just something to keep an eye one. I peppered him questions about a variety of plumbing projects like: tankless hot water systems, water filtration systems etc trying to think about my priorities for my home over the near and long term.
