I see all these perfect 5 stars ratings and that was why I chose this company. However, my 10am-12noon appointment w/ Eddy Munoz never showed. My call at 12:30 for an ETA update was never returned, as was my 3pm call for a 2nd update. Was this just a one-of hiccup or am I just the unlucky one out of 100 perfect service calls? They failed miserably. Very disappointed. read more

This team is awesome! I called more than a dozen companies for an urgent leak repair around 3pm. Understandably, most could make it out on short notice. MasterCraft seemed to have genuine compassion for my situation and three techs came by on their way home for the day. Quick diagnosis and repair! Really great customer service both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this company! read more

Wouldn't give up till he found out leak. Wonderful service. Very prompt and let us know when on his way. Great value for peace of mind.

Hello, When we called they had Manny out to our office with in 3 hrs. Manny had to turn off the water gauge for the building, we had no clue where it was. Manny was very proactive and was adamant about finding this gauge, I witnessed him climbing walls, walking around the building until he found it. He had the repair done with in a few hrs. We though one of us would have to stay overtime to have him finish the work. He was done before we had to leave work. The job was complete in 3-4 hrs. We are very satisfied and definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking professional and friendly work. QCS read more

I woke up to water spraying like a hose from the valve under the sink! I posted the emergency job here on Yelp, and they responded to the service request immediately. After a quick phone call, Brett was able to get me an appointment just a few hours later. From Brett on dispatch, to Jeremy & Silouan who came out for the service, everyone was great! Friendly, helpful, & reasonable prices. All I could ever ask. They made quick work of my leaking valve under the sink. They were even able to use the parts I already had from Home Depot - Thanks, Jeremy! I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues, and I plan on referring them to anyone that needs a plumber! read more

I just used the services of this company on a Sunday afternoon when my kitchen sink disposal stopped working. Marisol answered the phone so nicely, patiently and calmly and told me they would have a technician available to send to my house. I was surprised because even those companies advertising 24 hour service were not available on a Sunday. In less than two hours, a courteous, professional, friendly and clean technician named Ahmad arrived. He fixed the disposal in less than five minutes. He was honest and knowledgeable, the two major elements needed in every technician. As you can figure out, I was very happy with the service from the moment of my first contact until the time the technician left. they will be my first choice in any plumbing issue in the future. read more

The quote we got from the plumber that came to our house was high and not particularly well-explained. However, I spoke with the manager of the company later, and he was awesome. He listened to my concerns, understood where I was coming from and sought to make it right. I was impressed by his integrity. Although we didn't use the company for this issue, I would in the future simply based upon the manager's (and owner's) response. I will add that the tech that came to our house was friendly and on time. I just wished he spent a bit more time trying to solve the problem and explain. I am confident that the experience was most likely a "one-off." Cheers to a business that seeks to do the right thing. read more

Very responsive and friendly crew. They got back to me within minutes and scheduled a tech to come out the following day.

They responded quickly to our request, which was posted on a Saturday. As it happened, someone else responded even more quickly and we had already arranged for them to come out by the time MasterCraft responded. read more

Tech Came on time and was very polite. Changed a part to my kitchen sink and said he tightened all of the other pipes. After he left I noticed after I ran the water a few minutes it still leaked. Called them right away and two techs came back within the hour and tightened a different pipe. So far so good. Nothing is leaking. read more

Brett got someone out to assess the situation in less than a couple hours (thank you Turner!) on short notice and had the same gentlemen out the next day to fix the pipe. I was looking for a plumber in Solana Beach through Yelp to help my tenants with their Master Bedroom shower cartridge which happened to be old and causing the opening shower Knob coming out. I looked at the list of posted plumbers by Yelp and found Mastercraft Plumbers among many others and liked their portion of their description by saying that they are honest and reliable. Although everybody can clam that, I wanted to give it a try and checking my good judgment. In fact, it happened to be true. Their reliability and good service started with an immediate appointment and with a window of one hour from my call, meaning that the technician supposed to be at the property within one hour. Within that time frame, Eric called from my property at Solana Beach and explained the problem and giving me a price. After our price negotiation, we agreed to start the work. Within half an hour, the new cartridge was installed and the work went pretty smoothly. After talking to Eric who happed to be kind and professional, I thanked him and appreciated his service and made the payment online through their portal. I highly recommend the Mastercraft Plumbers and Eric in particular with no hesitation. Dr. Z read more
