Great service from MasterCraft Plumbing from start to finish. From the beginning Nicole was quick to respond to my request. When I emailed back other questions I heard back right away. NO DELAY ! Thank you Nicole. She set up an appt. for the next day! (repair was NOT an emergency). Frankie was our technician and he was GREAT! Friendly, professional, and explained everything before he started the work. And he left everything clean when he was finished. TOP NOTCH service from beginning to end. And did I mention this was done on Labor Day! Thank you Nicole and Frankie! read more

I would give Jeremy Nedrow 10 stars if I could. He went above and beyond trying to unstop my drain. I can't say enoughhis determination to find the problem. He never gave up. If you are in need of a plumber I would highly recommend Jeremy Nedrow at Mastercraft plumbing. read more

Leaking water pipe on a Saturday, Christmas eve! I called around to several plumbers, got their answering machine or service, and nobody phoned back. Then I called Mastercraft Plumbers and Brett actually answered the phone. He was at home (I could hear the kids in the background) and contacted their man in the field to see if he could undertake the job today, but he couldn't. So he phoned me back to apologize (there was no need--it was Christmas eve!) and offered me an appointment for Wednesday, four days out. I didn't make that appointment, hoping I might find someone who could come by sooner. A few minutes later Brett called back to say he could get someone out on Tuesday. I took it. I can't say enough about this company's rapid, friendly and helpful response to my problem. They will be my go-to for all my future plumbing needs. read more

When I walked into the garage this morning to take my kids to school I was greeted with pools of water everywhere and water streaming out of my water heater. It was 7:30am and thankfully I had the Mastercraft number stored in my phone from some work they did for us last year. I called and they picked up on the 2nd ring (sorry I forgot who initially answered!) and immediately transferred me to Amanda in dispatch. Within 20 minutes of my call, Erik and Josh were at my house draining the tank and helping me figure out replacement options. I've been thinking about going tankless for a while now so we talked it through and decided to take out the old unit and put in a tankless system. A couple signatures later they were getting things prepped and had scheduled another technician (Chandler) to be onsite within an hour with the new tankless unit and complete the work the same day. When it comes to responsiveness, teamwork, fair pricing, quality work and customer service these guys are really in a class of their own. They certainly saved the day for our family today - thank you! read more

I was so impressed with the whole team, especially the technician Ahmad. He was punctual, knowledgeable, took extra time to do a full inspection and assessment, and explained everything in a clear and concise way. He ruled out it was a plumbing issue, but rather an issue with our dishwasher. You can tell that he really cares about doing a thorough job and takes extra time to explain each step. Wonderful experience from scheduling the appointment through the inspection.I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers and will definitely use them the next time I have any plumbing issues. read more

I contacted Mastercraft because there was a recurring clog in my drain pipes from both my master and guest bathrooms. I was immediately contacted by Joe, the President of the company, received an appointment, and within 72 hours my pipes were clean and operating as if they were new. What I most enjoyed about this company is that Joe included me in the process. I was able to watch the camera he used to look through the pipes. Additionally, he showed me how his high pressure pipe cleaning system worked and made several passes within our pipes to ensure they were as clean as possible. By total accident, a hole was created in one of my skylights during the project, and without hesitation, Joe ensured a new one was on site and installed the same day. Throughout the service, Joe would check-in with me to ensure I was happy with everything. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction are unparalleled in comparison to past services I have received. I may have only requested plumbing services from Mastercraft, but with this fantastic experience, I have no doubt the rest of the many services Joe's company provides are high quality and you will receive outstanding service and an outstanding product! Thanks again and I look forward to more projects from Mastercraft. read more

I called yesterday about a leak I have under my sink, I was called back within the hour to set up an appointment for today. My technician arrived earlier than my service window which worked out perfect. Ahmad, my technician was so professional and kind, he saw my garbage disposal was leaking and making an awful noise when we ran it so he tried his best to fix it for me first before just telling me I needed it replaced. He took it apart and unfortunately it was still leaking once he put it back together. Thank you for such great service Ahmad!! read more

I will only call Joe, Mike and their team from now on! They were honest, quick, acceptable in price, polite and clean! We had a slab leak which led to a whole house re-pipe and the team came in and banged out the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything like nothing ever happened. My wife and I will refer Mastecraft to everyone moving forward! Huge thank you to Joe, Mike and their team! read more

I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Manny and Jacob were awesome. Needed to add a bypass on my water main for water softening system and MasterCraft took care of it. Despite a small miscommunication on the schedule and me giving incorrect information to Joe, he graciously re-arranged his team to meet the schedule and they went of the way to get the right parts needed. Joe personally came over to check the work and make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend MasterCraft and any of their affiliated companies for any home improvement or repairs. Price wise, they were very competitive and the peace of mind knowing that you are working with a licensed and insured company rather than a "handyman" on such an important "piece" of the home is the reason I chose them. read more

I highly recommend Mastercraft. I just had them replace all the toilets in my house. Not only did they replace them at a lower cost than other places quoted me, they also saved me several hundred dollars on the toilets themselves. On top of this, they did a great job on the installation. read more

Can't say how grateful I am to have had Jim and Mike come out this morning. Great communication, honest evaluation and reasonable pricing. We had another plumber botch the job leaving us with pipes more obstructed than when we started, and Mike was able to provide me the video needed to dispute with the previous plumber while resolving another issue with our laundry hookups. Will be coming to them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!! read more

We had some horrendous plumbing problems, in large part caused by incompetent plumbing work. We called in Mastercraft after meeting with Janelle about a home improvement project and learning that Mastercraft also has a plumbing group. Absolutely the best company! They solved our problems quickly and very reasonably. Since then a couple of more of their plumbers have been over to help with our improvement project. Everyone at Mastercraft is extremely nice, polite, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They take the extra step to make really helpful suggestions. We feel fortunate to have linked up with them and cannot recommend them too highly for plumbing and also home improvement. read more

Sent an estimate request and MasterCraft Plumbers responded quickly. They came out, inspected, and gave us a fair estimate. We replaced 2 heaters and unclogged a sink in a commercial building bathroom. They came at the time window promised and got the job done quickly. read more

The plumber was late, he stated that he didn't get informed of this job until now and that it was going to take him 30 minutes to get to my house. Mind you, he was way passed my appointment time. When he showed up, he seemed more irritated that he had to be here. I was annoyed already because he was late but for him to act like that annoyed me even more. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Had been working with the "mother" company for other projects when unexpectedly SDG&E identified a problem with our water heater after the house was tented for termites. James was able to walk us through options to find the best solution for our situation and timeline. The install team showed up on time, brought and installed the new water heater in a VERY tight closet in a matter of hours. The new heater and closet area looks very neat and clean and all has been brought up to code requirements. The plumber on the job site was also able to answer some related questions pertinent to upcoming bathroom renovations, which was very helpful! read more

MasterCraft Plumbers provided a very reasonable estimate and fast service. The first tech, Fredy, assessed an issue last Friday and performed a camera inspection so I could make a decision on a course of action. I scheduled hydro jetting for Monday but then had some concerns. James answered when I called at 7:15 am on Saturday and he answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and offered me options that might make me feel more comfortable. Plus, he came over to inspect the issue himself first thing on Monday and patiently answered my questions. He wanted to be sure I would be comfortable with my decision. Then he scheduled the service (hydro jetting through a toilet which included resetting the toilet at no additional charge) which was taken care of yesterday very efficiently by Brison who was polite, friendly and professional. A few hours after he left I found a minor issue which I texted James about and he immediately followed up. Brison came over first thing this morning and quickly and cheerfully took care of the minor issue. Plus, Brison had brought another plumber with him and they ran another camera inspection which I could view to make sure I was satisfied with the hydro jetting. I found MasterCraft Plumbers to be fairly priced, very conscientious and accommodating. I'm very grateful whenever I find professionals who are so customer and service oriented and in my experience MC Plumbers certainly are! read more

Frankie has helped us out a couple times now, always explaining in detail and making sure to show us what he is doing and why. I appreciate his honesty and that of the whole MasterCraft team. Master Craft Plumbers are amazing and we will never use anyone else. My husband called yesterday and talked to James and he set up an appointment for Thursday. I had an issue with an angle stop shut-off valve that I tried fixing myself and I had to shut off the water main to my house. It was a 7:30 Monday night!! and my wife was freaking out, "How am I going to drink water or cook? How am I going to use the bathroom? How am I going to wash up?" (She's an avid runner) In desperation, I texted MasterCraft Plummers at 7:30, and within about 10 min. Nicole responded back to me. She assured me that they could help. I sent pictures, and she gave me a general quote and said she would find a tech for the next morning. Before 9:00 that night she said she had a tech that could swing by and fix the angle stop shut-off valve at 8:00 am the next morning!! I was amazed when Mike arrived a little before 8:00 am!! He was very nice. Fixed the angle stop in 15 min. and got the water back on for my wife! It was such a relief! I finished the rest of the repair myself and everything was all good again. Nicole at MasterCraft Plumbers really understood my situation and did everything to take care of me. This is the way service USED to be! She was awesome! read more
