I recently listed a plumbing project on Yelp and received responses from a few businesses. After reading their reviews, I chose Mastercraft Plumbers because of their impressive five-star rating and 269 glowing reviews--and I'm so glad I did! From the start, their communication was outstanding. Josh, who handled my calls, was incredibly polite, professional, and thorough in addressing all my questions and requests. On the day of service, I appreciated receiving a text with the name, photo, and a brief introduction of the technician assigned to my job. This attention to detail immediately put me at ease. Erik, the technician, was a pleasure to work with. He was informative, efficient, and highly skilled. He resolved the issue quickly and made the entire experience seamless. Mastercraft Plumbers impressed me with their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism both in the office and in the field. I would highly recommend Mastercraft Plumbers to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service. They definitely live up to their stellar reputation! read more

I thought we already posted this review, so here's the second attempt...Jeremy and JJ provide extraordinary service! They listened carefully to our concerns, were very kind and patient answering all of our questions, explained what was done in detail and the cost of service was surprisingly lower than expected. We have had two previous services from Mastercraft Plumbers as well and they did not disappoint!!! We will be contacting them for any and all future services. Highly recommend this company! Thanks again guys!!! For a service yesterday, 9/9/25...JJ was not present, we missed him ...but Jeremy once again, provided outstanding service!!! He has expertise both indoors and outdoors, servicing our 5 acre property plumbing and once again provided thorough and impeccable service. We are so thankful to have found these two highly skilled gentlemen. Thank you again Jeremy!!! read more

Before writing this, I added MasterCraft to my contacts because I will utilize them for all future plumbing needs! I called James late yesterday with a leaky flex line and toilet valve and after some troubleshooting, we temporarily fixed the problem until he could get someone out first thing the next morning. Enter John.... Super helpful, courteous and kind! It was what we expected (needed a new flex line and valve) but John also took the time to fix the flusher and chain and offered to check my other toilets (one of which was having the same problem with the flusher). James was very upfront about pricing (reasonable!) and with some time left in my hour call-out, I got my moneys worth by John helping with a few other small issues. Great guys, prompt and reliable service and HONEST! Store their info so when you need it, you have it! read more

Josh and Wyatt recently installed two toilets in our home, and their service was exceptional from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. Moreover, their workmanship was impeccable. The toilets were installed efficiently and securely, with no mess left behind. They ensured everything was functioning perfectly before they left, and even provided tips on maintenance to prolong the life of our new fixtures. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the service provided by Josh and Wyatt. Their professionalism, skill, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services, and we will certainly call on them again for any future needs. read more

Manny from MasterCraft Plumbers came and diagnosed my problem for having standing water under my kitchen sink. He told me if I would get a new kitchen faucet he would install it for me. After installing the new faucet, he also found a hose to the dishwasher was leaking. He had the materials on his work truck to fix that issue. For all of this, I spoke with Jim in the office and Manny at my home. Both were exceptionally professional. Manny replaced the faucet, cleaned up the water mess and took my old faucet to dispose of it for me. He was also on time to the appointment. Jim in the office was very fair. MasterCraft Plumbers were very fair in their prices. I would definitely use them again. Honestly, 5 star's for this company. David H. read more

I will absolutely be using this company again. I had a small DIY project trying to replace the lever on my bath spout to convert the flow to the showerhead and hit a snag I wasn't prepared for. I decided to call professionals rather than risk damage to the pipe and I'm happy I did: Raymond and his partner (who's name I've sadly failed to write down legibly) were able to come out same day and had me up and running within 30 minutes of their arrival. They explained everything they did and even showed me a workaround I could use next time. They were both professional, courteous, and worked with my budget. I'd happily use their services again. read more

Great company, I called them this morning as our toiled clogged over the weekend and Ahmad promptly came. Although the toiled unclogged itself by the time he came, he was fantastic and explained to me what had happened. He also checked the toiled to make sure it was working properly. I felt bad as he did not have a job to do, but he was extremely gracious about it. While here, I realized we have an issue with the water filtration system, so he gave me a quote and I will call him when I get the parts so he can install them. Thank you Ahmed and MasterCraft Plumbers! read more

This was my first time using Mastercraft Plumbers. From the first call to their office, to the end of my service, they were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Excellent at follow up and the best part is there was no fee to come out. After the diagnosis, they give me a price and if I didn't want to use their services, they leave with not cost to the customer. Ahmad Aljairoudi was my technician. Excellent customer service from the minute he walked in the door. Ahmad was careful to clean up and left a noteworthy impression! I am a customer for life! read more

We recently had a large job done, as well as some smaller projects, and Joe and his crew did an amazing job. From Joe's first visit to analyze the situation, all the way through to completion several days later, we were continually impressed with the explanations, the work ethic, the courtesy, the tidiness, the follow-through, and the knowledge of everyone involved. They encouraged our questions, had a pleasant and positive attitude, and were very fairly priced. We will definitely be calling Joe for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future! read more

Manny from Master raft Plumbing was fantastic! He changed out the faucet set in my master and guest bath tubs, installed a Halo water conditioner and a Navien tankless water heater this week. He is careful and precise. He had to do a lot of copper piping and rerouting. He and his assistants, Juan and Xavier, cleaned up after every project. The installations are perfect and we are so grateful for his expertise. He is a good family man and was very conscience at every turn. I am grateful we called MasterCraft. Ask for Manny, you'll be glad you did. read more

Jeremy and Issac both did an exceptional job. The job was bigger than expected and I didn't have the money to pay 1st visit! They were able to tie off the leak so the rest of the house had water. They were also willing to do the work and let me pay a week later. 1st company to ever offer anything as helpful as that. I was able to save the money and they came back and finished up and now everything is running perfectly! I'm super happy that I found the company. Very competent and friendly people doing good work for a fair price! Thanks read more

Not only are their prices reasonable, their entire team was friendly, responsive, and professional. The lead plumber Jeremy Nedrow is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We had a major leak under our driveway at our house in Oceanside. I spoke with several plumbing companies, and Mastercraft had by far the best customer service and knowledge.
