Brake lines added and ran, work is professional and looks great
Marissa G.

Miguel and his team showed up at my home, were nothing but professional and courteous from the start to finish of our trailer project. Miguel completely reconfigured and fabricated my 2001 Zeman PWC Trailer. I have newer Jet Skis, 3 seaters. Although the trailer is fine, I wanted to add brakes, since I can feel the alot of weight when towing. Miguel suggested disc brakes vs drum brakes, took his advice and I am glad I did. He was able to completely remove my old hitch and custom fabricate/weld a pulse Dexter actuator, changed out my 2K axle to 3.5K, added rotors, calipers, brake pads, ran brake lines, and new trailer jack further he provided extras ie, added a 7 way plug, welded one of my chains that was loose, at no additional charge. I am sure I am one of the few that have a PWC trailer with disc brakes, it looks and works AWESOME. We had agreed on a set price and Miguel stuck to it, before he left I told him if I had more money I would give him more! Awesome job, Thank you Miguel!

He stated that he was taking over for his Dad, of the same name, who had since retired. Even though I didn't need service at that time, I finally agreed to allow him to pack the wheel bearings on our fifth wheel trailer. When he showed up to do the work, he asked me for an advice so he could buy parts, since his Uncle's trailer parts store in Ventura required him to pay cash. That was one of three cash advances over the next three days as the job kept expanding. I allowed him to completely replace all of the brakes and bearings on our 5th wheel Solitude. Cost was $2,450. Cash.During our first trip out there was zero braking even though I tried setting the gain up to 10. After that I tried another trip just to get some miles on the rig to break in the brakes and still no noticeable braking. I then contacted David, and he stated that the brakes are "pre adjusted" from the factory but maybe he should have checked them, but that he would come and take a look at it the next morning at 10 AM. I had the rig ready for him to be worked on the next morning, but he never showed up. I tried calling him that day, as well over the next several days. He never answered the phone. I continued over the next six months, never answered the phone. I am a 78-year old veteran, and even though I still love to camp, I am unable to work on my rig. I had other service try to adjust the brakes but they were never safely functional. After two cancelled trips I finally had a reputable RV shop replace all of the bearings and brakes at a cost of $2300. They worked perfectly after being completely replaced by H&H in Saticoy. Recently, David has coerced Yelp to remove all of the negative reviews concerning his past behavior. My review from 2024 is one of them. I am re-posting it here because my terrible experience hasn't changed: Note: The multiple other negative Yelp reviews that were also removed shared the same experiences of services not rendered, or not done properly.

So... we had our axles, electrical, brakes, hitch, etc replaced... Or so we thought. They gave up on subfloor as it just needed too much work (also that plywood was way too thin) We knew it needed more fixes and Vic explained that to us. However.. flash forward ... We had a reputable company redo everything... fix it to where we never have to be plugged in.... and they commented that while they did "rebuild" not replace axles, they left the shock absorbers (rusted and 60 years old) in... Also, the torque is way off... 2 years ago...the axles that were rebuilt were taken a part.... It takes maybe an hour to do the shocks... Not sure why that was done that way... And it is costing us way more to fix now.... So... 3 stars because we got what we paid for. Minus 2 stars because of above mentioned work. Had we known, we'd be okay with it... It's just one of those things you don't notice until you are towing and wondering why trailer is bouncing more than it should, because ... We paid for new axles and never asked the chassis company to inspect it until now.... Most people would lose their minds and file a complaint with the BAR. I'm just going to assume that Vic is a super nice guy and some employee thought the old shocks were good enough to use since the trailer was empty... I hope in the future they plan for these things. It's just disappointing.

Nick's Mobile came through when I needed it most…read more I was at Bonelli Bluffs the weekend before Halloween and my new trailer suddenly lost shore power. Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to taking care of his customers. If you need mobile RV service, this is the guy to call. Nick if you see this, I truly apologize for such a late review. My mother in law stills talks about how nice you were and was happy that you stayed for a meal with us!

During the process there was some wood that was jacked up around the fridge where it anchors to the cabinets. I'm not overly picky just like bare minimums for my rig..but I wasn't thrilled because the fridge didn't stand straight. Nonetheless Nick said whether it was like that before or from his install he'd handle it next time around. Welp 7 months later my roof is leaking, I found again for roof leak repairs and he quoted, came out in a couple days, had it worked up, threw a little extra seal along the roof gutter that came off at material cost only..and he honored what he said from 7 months prior by finding pieces to anchor the fridge while doing the roof work at no extra charge. Additionally, I found a small leak from a clamp when using the hot water heater and he stopped by the campground on 24 hour notice and found the origin of the leak and fixed that for me quickly too (no charge). I'm happy with his response to the previous issue and quick turnaround time and will use him for quite a few other projects moving forward!
