Martin (Starr Pass Roofing) was quick to point out the low quality shingles. It was clear he was experienced and knowledgable on roofing. He and his team helped me with the insurance process but I chose non-insurance route. Martin was very communicative. When the shingle supplier messed up the order, Martin took responsibility even though he didn't have to and rectified it as quick as he could. The install was done in a day. They cleaned up. Martin clearly knows his stuff, is a professional, and does what appears to me as quality work.
