So approx. $400 total out the gate no repairs. That's insane, I also read reviews prior to calling which are about middle ground but I figured her you can't win everybody so let me see. There's one review that noted All About Automotive provided them with a loaner car. It way from a few years ago but I wanted to see if that was a possibility still so I asked if they provide one. The woman I spoke with (Jennifer I believe) for this whole interaction let out a snarky short laugh, then said "no, get a rental car". This was annoying because, OBVIOUSLY, that would be the next route, and also why are you laughing at me for asking a very reasonable question. All in all once she told me they were going to charge me almost $400 off the bat I no longer wanted to use their services. Now with this being said, if you don't care or can afford the additional fees on top of the cost what ever it may be to fix your car then it doesn't matter. But for those of us just making it by, be aware that this place is very expensive! Due to me not getting my car fixed here, I give 3 stars based on customer service and cost.

He ran a code on the light (never did it the first time) and said my coolant sensor was out. Probably why the gauge didn't work in the first place!!! He said he could put a new sensor in it. I feel certain I was treated poorly. I have taken my 1992…read moreF150 to this shop several times as had the previous owner. They performed simple service work just fine. Recently the F150 started running rough and it was blowing a lot of gray smoke. It was bad enough I had it towed to the shop. They spent the next day trying to diagnose the problem. Bill told me over the phone that they couldn't get any error codes or anything else from the onboard computer (ECM). After a day of fooling around I was told it couldn't be fixed and I should sell it or give it away. I almost did give it away! Then, I took a quick look on the internet. Sure enough it was a faulty ECM that would need to be replaced. So 20 minutes on the internet and I found the problem that Bill spent a day on and I spent $385 to not solve! Bill, if the ECM as failed, you stop right there! Not $385 later!
