We got a breakfast burrito, and all the ingredients were fresh tasting; it was like we made the burrito at home. It was a very generous portion, so we ended up splitting it. Once they added beans when we said no beans. That's a better track record than I have at my job. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Service is terrible as well as the quality of their "manufactured" taco and burrito shells. If you happen to order bear to closing time you also get the dregs in terms of quality. I would recommend Don Jose's Mexican restaurant on Bell Road in Sun City for a good taco but be sure to be specific when you order or the shells will be very hard! read more

I absolutely LOVE Master Taco! Swear to god you have to try the surf n turf burrito and add chipotle (drooling intensifies!). This our go to take out for Mexican food and they have never disappointed. The portion sizes are huge and the food is on point every time. EVERY. TIME. This restaurant is very good. The staff is friendly and they work fast. It is convenient to me so that is a major plus. The horchata had a bit too much cinnamon for my taste, but might be perfect for someone else. One other small preference thing, I would prefer the meat a bit more charred rather than have that boiled texture. read more

My husband and I ordered Master Taco for delivery a couple of days ago. We have not tried them before but have heard good things. It was really good! My husband ordered the fish taco/shrimp burrito combo and I ordered the Chili Relleno/ enchilada combo. My enchilada was with shredded chicken. The portions are huge and the prices are cheap for what you get. We really enjoyed their red salsa. We would order from them again and would suggest you give them a try if you haven't yet. Sorry if my combo is not aesthetically pleasing. I'm guessing during the drive to our home things shifted lol. Well this is the first time I heard of this place but I have to say I am happy I tried it. I ordered the #9 It comes with a Beef taco, 3 Rolled Tacos, Quesadilla with a soda and I have to say that it was very good. We also ordered the Master combo that comes with a Shrimp burrito, Fish taco, Rice, Beans and a soda and was also very good. I would recommend this place to anybody in the area that is looking for a good fast meal. Master Taco has become our go to Mexican food in Surprise. They have filled an empty spot for fast casual Mexican food in Surprise. As former Caramba's customers we finally had to give up on them. They kept promising customers that they were looking for a new location in Surprise. It's been a year. Let's get back to Master Taco; their food is really good and servicing are ample. We often get a single Hash Brown breakfast burrito and split it. Their daily specials are just as tasty and ample. This week we had their Tamale and 3 rolled tacos it was FINE. The salsa bar is just the ticket to spice up the burrito or tacos. The customers are generally locals and service folks. My kind of crowd. And the best part is that they are expanding into large quarters. It did get a little chancy at lunch to find a seat. So a big YAY for that. read more

I ended up eating here out of convenience. I was in the area for some training and looking for a place to eat on lunch. Most of this area is inundated with typical fast food and I didn't want that. The service at the counter was friendly and initially I thought the prices were a little high (I got a carne asada burrito).....until I got my food. The burrito was huge!! The meat was pretty typical carne asada, nothing special. The people I went with, ordered the surf and turf burrito (carne asada and shrimp) and they said it was great. This will be the last time I ever visit here and waste my money we couldn't even finish half of our food it was sooooo gross!
