When I called I spoke with Derrick. He answered my questions and reassured me that they would be able to place it where I needed it. He recommended I stop by to pick out a storage container and speak with a driver just to verify. I showed the driver pictures of where I wanted it and he said it was doable without a crane or forklift. I purchased it and they came in the morning as they said they would and were able to place it exactly where I wanted it. They have great customer service! I highly reccomend them.

The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it. He had a little trouble because of a tree that was in his way, but he did a great job and was a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend Green Box Rentals. I was stuck on the Panoche off-ramp with a dead engine and needed to be towed. Thanks to Marcos at Jones Towing and AAA, I was dropped off at a Best Western and my vehicle was dropped off at a Jeep dealer. The service was beyond valuable. I understand this is not a problem with this U-Haul location but it is with U-Haul services in general. We had to call and stay in line in the middle of nowhere for almost two hours until they changed their system setting so we can start the process. The first person I spoke to hung up so had to start the call all over again. Overall, we had an awful experience. I would never use their online service and not recommending it to anyone.

She does a wonderful job of making you feel like she is doing you a complete favor by providing a space for your things. Her attitude is poor, and she is downright rude at times. I was asked by her at one point if I could read because the gates were open, but the office was not. Because I did not see the sign on the door, when I asked if the office was open this was her response. There have been a couple of times where I was late paying my storage, and yes this is my responsibility. But the unfortunate part is that Lucky's will call to remind you, however they will wait until the grace period expires so they can collect their late fee. Fortunately for me I am leaving the area so I do not have to endure this type of attitude and behavior from someone who should not be in a customer service based business. Don't waste your time with this place its pretty terrible.
