When I called I spoke with Derrick. He answered my questions and reassured me that they would be able to place it where I needed it. He recommended I stop by to pick out a storage container and speak with a driver just to verify. I showed the driver pictures of where I wanted it and he said it was doable without a crane or forklift. The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it. He had a little trouble because of a tree that was in his way, but he did a great job and was a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend Green Box Rentals. We used U-Haul reservation 24/7 since it was the Labor Day weekend. We got to the location and as…read moreyou can see in the picture there was no way to start pick up process online. I understand this is not a problem with this U-Haul location but it is with U-Haul services in general. We had to call and stay in line in the middle of nowhere for almost two hours until they changed their system setting so we can start the process. The first person I spoke to hung up so had to start the call all over again. Overall, we had an awful experience. I would never use their online service and not recommending it to anyone.
