Some of my knives had heavy swirl marks on the steel, most likely because I was doing something wrong while trying to sharpen them myself. After many of these do-it-yourself remedies, I figured I'd get someone to do it for me, the right way. I googled knife sharpening local to me and found Ziggy, almost an hour away! I called and explained to Ziggy what I've tried doing and that I thought I just needed them done by a professional. Ziggy told me they'd be finished in 2-3 days for 5 of my Zwilling knives. A few days later, I received the phone call telling me that my knives were ready to be picked up. I got them home and WOW! I didn't think the swirl marks would come out.
