The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. It's refreshing to find an honest auto repair shop you can trust. When I told him I didn't want to spend $200 on a new Volvo headlight lens, he made it work. He always prioritizes the repairs. What I mean is this: he tells me everything he finds wrong and lets me know which problems can wait. He never tries to scare me the way a lot of mechanics do. Also, I never seem to have to pay for the same job twice. On the rare occasion that I have to come back, he makes it right. Lastly, I want to mention how he bends over backward to work within my schedule. I have lost count of the number of times I have shown up and said that I need my car back the next day, and Ami saved the day.

After a few days, I picked up the car and saw the issue wasn't fixed. He then said it might be the gear mount and charged me again. Still no fix. He blamed defective parts and asked me to come back. When I did, he was on vacation and left it to a worker who clearly had no clue what was going on -- and I got another bill. After promising a refund if he couldn't fix it, I gave him one last chance. I waited three hours and he never touched the car. Then he gave me a $1700 bill and refused to return my car unless I paid. He held my car hostage. Ami is full of smooth talk and zero results. I had my Volvo bumper partially pulled off years ago and went to the dealer. They "fixed" it, but it popped out again a few weeks later. Clinton Collision fixed it for short money and it's held for a couple of years ago. 4. Helpful but not pushy.
