My family went on vacation for Labor Day weekend and had to drive through here to Utah. On our way back, my truck broke down and we were stranded--2 kids under 3, two young teens, my wife and our dog. These people answered the phone and said they were open on Labor Day and for us to bring it right away. After that, no calls, no updates, and no return calls and them saying they'll "get to it when they get to it." It's now 3 days later and I had to have my truck towed AGAIN to the Ford Dealership. Brian is amazing and got me in right away. We wasted hundreds of dollars and lost thousands due to work missed and jobs I could not start being stranded 8 hours from home. We had to pay over $1200 in hotel & food, another $400 in Ubers and car rentals to get my family home on the 3rd day while I'm still here paying and stranded, so these are numbers as of the time I wrote this. I cannot tell you how crooked and full of it Fred and Freddie are. DO NOT COME HERE! Your response is an absolute crock! I called you yesterday afternoon, after HAVING TO CALL YOU AGAIN in the morning because your shop has zero communication. I left you a message, long before you closed and still was never returned a phone call and when I did actually get someone on the phone you had zero intention of fitting me in at all--you didn't run any diagnostics on it and told me you didn't even know when you could even look at it!!! If you ran a diagnostic and I owed you anything (which I don't because you're lying) why didn't you mention it while I was there this morning meeting the tow truck driver to tow it to a far more responsible and caring mechanic?? Here's my screenshot of the time I called you yesterday and left you a voicemail that went unreturned (and you wonder why I had the truck picked up????). Come on! Took a 2022 Ford Expedition in for a coolant system flush and refill with factory 56/44 antifreeze; owner provided. First time used their 50/50 antifreeze after service writer specified owners 56/44. Second time only put 2 gal in a 4 gal coolant system. Suspect the 2 gal was done the first time. Third try, put in 4 gal ish. After running vehicle 15 min on the road going home coolant reservoir tank took approx .75 gal more to fill the system. Was also told and in writing the vehicle cabin air filter was " critical" and needed changing. Filter was new and installed for only one week before being told it needed changing. Indications from others that Mesquite Ford commonly recommends repairs/parts when not needed. Be aware of your go there.

While drying off the car he completely forgot to clean the back hatch, the window, vacuum, rear seat windows, etc. The wheel rimes still had black stuff on them, the wheel wells had excess mud and the door jams had not been cleaned.
