This means they diagnosed is wrong from the get go. We had another mechanic look after they tore it apart and he told us what was wrong immediately. Paul is the most unprofessional service manager we have ever delt with. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered in my life. My vehicle has been stuck here for over a month with no end in sight. When I confronted the staff about their lack of transparency, the person I dealt with literally claimed he 'didn't know what I meant' by the word transparency. It is terrifying that a business handling expensive machinery doesn't understand the basic concept of being honest with a client. ​They are intentionally stalling. They refused to use local parts--despite me finding the part myself from a dealership just down the street--insisting on 'out of state' shipping. Their math is a joke: they promised a 2-day wait for a 4-hour install, then tried to push the pickup back another 5 days. ​Looking at other reviews, this is clearly a pattern. The owner is nowhere to be found and refuses to be reached, while the staff plays games with customers' time and money. It feels like they purposely keep cars broken down to keep you on the hook.
