They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected. Last year someone rear ended my car at a drive-thru. The damage was very minor. You couldn't see…read moremuch of the scratches unless it was up close, so I decided to leave it as is for the time being. Then earlier this year, I was dumb and scratched up the front passenger side of my front bumper and fender on the side of the garage. That's when I started looking around for repair shops and how much it would cost. Had no clue that mobile dent and scratch repair was a thing! What a life saver because I definitely didn't want to leave my car at a shop for days and worry about whether it would be secure or not. After submitting pictures of the damage and filling out the form online, they sent back an estimate fairly quickly with a reasonable price. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks when I called to make an appointment. Also, they do have an actual auto body shop in Henderson but I decided to stick with their convenient mobile service. Israel and his wife showed up on time and finished everything within 3 hours right in our driveway. They did a excellent job and my car pretty much looked brand new! They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that there was a small part of my bumper that wasn't worked on, but they did do their best to do a "touch up." I guess this area was not included in the estimate. Just to be clear, I'm not blaming anyone. I think one problem that arises from providing pictures vs having someone inspect the damage in person for quotes can lead to some minor miscommunication. However, the major scratches that were very obvious were taken care of, so I'm happy. Overall they did a good job and were very responsive so I definitely recommend Bumper Buddies!
