You book they confirm via email & call you 15-30 minutes before they arrive. They get there and go over the carpets and check if you have any concerns, stains...then they vacuum the carpet with their vacuum while another assistant puts guards on the corners of your walls so there will be no damage if the cleaning hose runs against them.
