Attendant told me she could have it done in 2 hours and asked me if I would tip her before services. I gave her $10 dollars thinking it would ensure she would do a good job. BIG MISTAKE and lesson learned. After 2 hours I checked in on my laundry and was immediately met with an attitude she explained that she would call me and not to come in asking about my laundry. At 7:10 I finally came in and asked for my laundry whether it was folded or not. She had folded maybe 1/4 of my laundry by that point which had to be redone because everything was inside out. She was rude even after a tip, took 5 hours and didn't even complete the job. Extremely disappointed will never use again or return.

I had not been to a laundry mat in over 12 years and things have definitely changed. I went in with the intention of dropping off two very large fluffy comforters for wash but the attendant was helpful and suggested I could have them both washed and dried in under an hour. She helped me set up my machine and explained how they work. You can use change or the electronic pad that takes card. In 45 minutes, both of my huge comforters were washed and dried for $12. I've brought my comforter here several times already and never had any issues. Sure, its about 50 dollars but it always comes back perfectly clean. Keep in mind I have an extremely hard headed slobbery 70lb English bulldog that does NOT listen when I tell him he is NOT allowed on my bed....end result is a hairy slobbery comforter. I know, YUCK, right? The alternative is lugging my comforter to the Laundromat and watching the spin cycle while smelly old men strike up conversations. I think, no. They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). Went late morning and was not too busy, the 4 load capacity washers were all in use so I had to use a 6 which was more suited to what I had brought anyhow. The two ladies who were here were cleaning the laundromat, making sure there wasn't dust anywhere including the game machine in the front. They were also wiping down the folding tables and seating area. They're very attentive to cleanliness. I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. If you need change for smaller bills, laundry bags, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach, they have it. It's my go to laundromat. Restrooms are in the back, but you must ask for them to unlock the door.
