This time they either had some new people or someone who didn't want to be working when they cleaned our clothing. They ruined a silk scarf, an Eileen Fisher Blouse, Sweater, Cocktail dress, Capri Pants, and a shawl. They pressed wrinkles into shirts. When I called they offered to reclean the items. That was a nice gesture, but I decided that they had already cost me a couple of thousand dollars since what they ruined had only been cleaned once before and was still basically new. I couldn't afford to have them ruin anything else. I hate that it happened. They had been very good in the past.

The woman said "uh, you know its $1.65/lb, right?" It was just one basket, not like I had 100 lbs. It took 3 days for the basket to be done. The laundry came out nicely washed and folded, but I don't think I'll go back.

I went by today to pick them up and gave a $20 bill expecting the total to be around 17.50 or so. The girl said $30.14. I said this is wrong. She checked and said some of the shirts had to be dry cleaned. The shirts were all to be same cotton shirts. No manager or owner there just a delivery driver which of course didn't care. I will never use that place again and will advise others to avoid it also. The girl should have looked and seen they were wrong but she didn't care.

Didn't go back for 6+ months but decided to give them one more chance. Went back, dumped out my laundry bag & the lady told me I didn't have to count my pieces. All of the shirts were put in one washer and one dryer. Obviously the inside of the washer was dirty and caused the spots because the spots were not visible on any of the damp shirts before I placed them in a dryer. I spoke to the clerk and was told that she would let the manager at the main office know about the problem and he would be contacting me in two to three days. After four days and not hearing anything from the manager, I called the laundromat that I had used and was told that the manager stated that he would contact me after Mardi Gras. The following Friday with still no call from management, I again called the main office. The attendant working stated that the manager was not there but would be in the following morning and she would make sure to give him the message to call me as she was also working the next morning. I called the following day and still no return call. I will be sure to post this review on all Social Media Platforms because management does not care about it's customers and simply strings them along until they stop calling. A really sad way to run a business and will also contact the Better Business Bureau.
