I kept telling them this suit just came out of the box, and it was not torn scorched, or overly pressed. He refused to return any of my phone calls. His employers just kept telling me he said it was already damaged, I had just purchased the suits for ushering, and I really needed them . But the thing is I didn't even complain about the over pressed suits, I did not even make a big deal about the lapel being scorched, but I did mention it to them. Don't play I don't understand because I'm an immigrant myself and that doesn't get you anywhere with me. I fought for my $.50. They do it 24/7 so you can imagine how much extra money they are stealing really each day from customers! I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. A12 did a great job, finally, after having to run it through a 2nd time. I did notice the issue with load options that had a $.50 selection offered. These machines only take $1 coins. That was a bit frustrating as the one I needed included the .50. So I opted for the one without the additional .50. That could definitely use some help. Other than that, the location is clean, and the owner was great to work with.

I asked the attendant about the problem and was told that she would have management contact me about the issue. One week later and with no response, I called again and left another message about the problem and asked for a return call. Another week passes and with still no response, I contacted the main office about my problem and was told that they weren't responsible for issues with the washers or dryers but that she worked the following morning and she would have management call me. And here I am now, no return calls to any of the messages that were left and apparently the management at Jaguar Cleaners could care less about any customer issues or complaints with their services. My advice is to save your money on this company as they could care less about their customers.

But after…read morecoming the second time to wash an extremely large comforter, I find this laundromat is an overpriced monopoly. I went to load my big blankie in the large front loader and saw the price was $7. Ok that's a bit much and I should've looked further down and could've used the $5 ones but I digress. After putting my soap in, I start funneling quarters in and figure I should set it to use hot water....hot water is $1 more! Lol so it is $8 just to wash my blanket. Whatever too late now, so finish filling the quarters, press start and the thing shows a wash time of only 23 minutes! How does my comforter ever have a chance of washing out the dog hair, dog stink, human stench and whatever dna is splashed within its fibers in a measley 23 minutes?! After the pathetic wash cycle I move said blanket to the dryer to find it's another $2 to get this thing going for 30 minutes. I run to my car and find 2 more quarters under my seat to make it $2.50 for 40 minutes and select the hot setting. No biggie here because laundromat dryers get insanely hot so I should be good right? I leave to have lunch, return and the blanket is still wet and I'm out of quarters so I take it home and finish the drying of my still "smells like dog" blanket at home. Guess if I have future washing needs that are too big for my set at home I will have to drive to Spanish fort the next closest facility. Sounds like a good business opportunity to open a new Laundromat and give this place some much needed competition. FAIL!
