Use all the time as a matter of fact on my way to pick clothes being cleaned and hemmed. Can't beat it. I've used them for over 11 year.

Great dry cleaners in San Pedro. I love the fact that they have a same day return for dry cleaning. Well priced and helpful as well. I'll definitely be going back for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

Reasonable prices and all my garments have come back spotless and well-cared for. So far they have cleaned a sequined cocktail dress, a vintage Versace coat, and some angora/cashmere sweaters without any issues. read more

Absolutely horrible service they lied about the price and then they triple charged me be careful. These guys are thugs.

Always amazing service here. Very polite and friendly. My clothes always come back perfect and I've been coming here for a while now. I definitely recommend this place. read more

They get no stars. They charged me 69.95 and they did not dry clean this. The wrinkles are still there and the spot. They ripped me off. NEVER AGAIN!!!compare the blue and khaki. I ironed it myself before taking. Now they are going to tell me they dry cleaned my khaki one come on its the same material. read more

Solid performance. The ladies are all super nice and they have same day service. Highly recommended.

My apologies to the owners of Master Cleaners for not having submitted this review years ago. This cleaners is Reliable and Honest. Reliable: They've simply never failed to deliver, even with rush jobs. I've even showed up a day early by accident on multiple occasions and still, they've handed me my stuff. Honest: If they feel that they won't be able to remove a stain or correct a problem, they'll tell you up front. Yet, these people still pull off miracles not just for me either, I've seen more than one relieved or pleasantly surprised customer leave this store. Last bit on the Honesty... I've been handed money that I left in pockets and not just the kind that makes noise. I've been handed $20 bills and even more. All in all, these people are trust worthy and deliver great service. They've never over promised but have always over delivered! read more

Master Cleaners - Laundry Services Near Me - San Pedro, California

Bare in mind I typically have bad luck... First time customer, totally fair pricess, timely service but if course... the 1 item I'm protective about, the main reason I drove there and paid for service was returned to me with dust n dirt all up the right sleeve of my beloved jacket. it's blatantly obvious it was dropped on the floor after cleaning and I guess no one cared to even swipe the dust bunnies off. Thanks for taking pride in your job, that's what I was depending on when I made the choice to try this store out of the 10 others in my area. read more

Really disappointed after my shirts came back smelling moldy because they probably had not dried properly. There were several other instances where the service was less than satisfactory. read more

This people are the best !!!!!! Every spring im here to get my dresses fix for the spring and summer cuz either they are too long or i bought them too big and they will make sure im happy and will take the time to call me if they cant fix it cuz of the materials . If i need my dresses for a certain day they will rush to make it happen awesome customer service :) thanks for always taking care of me :) read more

This is an amazing place. The owner, Roy was so accommodating with all my husband's somewhat (unreasonable) requests, and he did so respectfully and with no judgements. My husband's dress shirts were so clean and fresh, they even did one of the shirt twice since there was a stain on it. They go above and beyond---to make their customers happy. And with that, I hope that they know they gained a customer---for life!! Thank you for the wonderful service. oh, did I forget to mention ho affordable their services are? For 5 dress shirts with tax, it was around 10 bucks, can't beat that. AND its not just the price---its the quality of their service!!! the shirts looked brand new!!! read more

I've been going to Master Cleaners for 4 years now for work uniforms & other items with no issues. I am always satisfied with the results & the staff is always friendly. read more

I like this new cleaners for us. We have enjoyed not only good service, but a job well-done with our clothing being bot laundered and dry-cleaned. So far so good! Thank you, I recommend this biz! read more

I found dry cleaning to be so much more expensive when I moved from Orange County to San Pedro two years ago. I figured "it is what it is" until I visited Master Cleaners. I could tell that the place had a good size business by all the clothes ready to be picked up, yet the place was refreshingly quiet. The staff were friendly and engaging. I got pants cleaned and pressed for almost have the price of the local cleaner I used. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical of the quality of work that would be done for such a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised to see that pants looked great!! I am so grateful to have a cleaner close to home that has great service and a nice staff. read more

I just started coming here to these cleaners about 2 months ago after having a bad experience with the cleaners I went to before. The reason I decided to choose this one is because they have good prices. I just recently had one f my favorite shirts done and I was so happy because there were some oil stains on them that I tried so many times to get rid of myself butjust couldn't so before throwing it out I decided to see if they could do anything for me and the stains are gone. I am very impressed and will be sticking with this place. read more

Good quality work to get dry cleaning done. I've only been once, and I go somewhere else to get my clothes tailored regularly (about 1-2x/mo). I've changed my dry cleaners to this place, but not yet ready to change my tailor. read more

I had brought in a jumpsuit to get a zipper fixed and ended up with a whole completely diff suit it's like they took the whole thing apart and sewed it back together. And the sewing looks all shredded like a five year old could of done it. She made the zipper a completely differently color than what it came with and it is two sizes smaller from her taking it in even tho I had not asked for that. Expensive and would not go here again. read more

Loved this place!!! I had a Photoshoot Thursday Mar 29 , my husband forgot to take his clothes to the cleaners I was aware of it till that same morning !!! So I called different places and everyone said it was a two day hold or ready after 5pm I needed this clothes ready before 3pm and they managed to make it happen ! I loved their customer service, helpful staff and my husbands clothes came out perfect !!! I'll definitely come back thank you once again ! read more

This place is horrible they ruined my expensive dress shirt and don't even try to make up for it by paying me at least back for my $50+ dollar dress shirt they literally ruined. They are making bs excused that it happened elsewhere. My shirt was perfectly fine till they dry cleaned then my shirt color was ruined. Also the employees have no customer service skills at all and can't even answer the phones the proper way. I recommend everyone to not waste time in this place as if the owner is like this and allows employees to ruin your clothes and doesn't even make up for it... you are all better off going somewhere else. This will happen again and again and you guys won't even be reimbursed for your clothes or time wasted here. I gave then a chance to fix this as I don't want to write a bad review but this people actually deserve their business ruined. Good luck everyone! read more

Roy and his team do a great job every time. Super reasonable rates and truly a one stop shop for laundry, dry cleaning and tailoring. They have cleaned leather, suede, tailored, from scratch, a costume for me, etc. Super friendly too! FYI the lady that does the tailoring is only there Tues, Thursday and Saturday. read more

The best team in town!! They are the most honest and humble people. Thank you for your service!!

I dropped off a satin dress to have it steamed. I retrieved it the following day and the strap was ripped almost completely off the bodice, and where it was holding on, the material was frayed like crazy. When I pointed this out to the woman checking me out, she said that they just steam the dresses. Along with that, there are hundreds of little microtears throughout the fabric, and especially on the bodice. Teeny tiny rips that leave little strings of fabric hanging off. I did not drop my dress off in this condition! To their credit, my dress is wrinkle free, but that is completely offset by the damage done to this dress. They were very nice and quick, but I do not think they handle the garments appropriately. They also charged me $18 to get my dress steamed. I don't know how that's affordable by anyone's means. I think their quality has gone down in the past few years, as many of the older reviews are positive, and the newer ones are negative. TL;DR Save your money. Don't spend $18 to get your dress damaged. read more

It seems that there are more dry cleaners in my town than you would find Starbucks, but Master Cleaners stands out as truly the best in the area without a doubt. I always get my clothes exactly when I need them, and cleaned and pressed to perfection. You would think you would get this from any dry cleaners, but you don't. Roy and his wife and team go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and like a member of their family. For years we have had a running joke that I always show up at one minute before closing, so Roy always makes it a point to stick his head out the door before he locks it to make sure that I'm not running towards it... Ha ha. I highly recommend Master Cleaners to anyone. read more

I'm new in town and read about this place here on yelp. I have only used them once so far, for alterations. On the phone, professional & helpful. When I walked in, they double checked to make sure I knew what I was asking for. Price & turn around was reasonable (That's the main reason I chose them!). Pickup & payment was quick & friendly. I think they've become my cleaner. read more

They did a superb job at a really decent price. I am donating my wedding dress to an organization that turns them into shrouds for babies who die at birth or shortly after in the hospital, and master cleaners worked with me to clean the dress at a price I could afford before I give it away. I have told everyone I know about how great they are and I will be using them for all my dry cleaning from now on. read more

Great service. Extremely friendly staff. Clothes ready when promised. Absolutely positively one of the best cleaners around. I found these guys after a horrible experience with another cleaners. Glad I did. Reasonably priced. Ready on time. Quality is there. And all with a smile. Love it! read more

Clothing looked great, although the prices are HIGH. Maybe, my mindset is dated, but 2 women's suits, blazer and coat, cost $57 to dry clean. read more

Really high prices and rude service. Heavy set chick with long hair is always super rude and they always give grief when you ask for a military discount. Just not the money or rudeness. Find another dry cleaner. read more

Consistently good cleaning and friendly, reliable service.

First time here and probably the last. I dropped off 11 shirts (laundry) and one pair of pants and my total was $46!! I couldn't believe how anyone would pay that much money for dry cleaning. I'll be looking around at other dry cleaners in the area that are cheaper read more

Most the staff isn't very friendly which doesn't bother me so much if I was happy with the service. I took two dresses in to be hemmed never asking the price because I have had pants hemmed there years ago and figured it couldn't have been too much more for a dress. However, I was sadly mistaken and found that they charged $48 to hem two dresses. They just needed to be taken up a few inches nothing special. They change $10 for pants so a $14 difference on a $20 dress is significant to me. :-/ read more

Love this place. They are always courteous and timely and they never lose my clothes which occurred with another place I went to

I've been coming here for years...the friendly staff and quality service have always been great. But I had to write a review today because of my latest visit. Part of my pickup was an old jacket that my husband hadn't worn in years. I was quite surprised when my ticket came back with $60 attached - they found it in the inside pocket of the jacket! I would've never known...Good to know that there are still honest people in the world :-) read more

This has been our family dry cleaners forever. Seriously forever. I remember coming here as a child. Now years later the son of the owner and his lovely wife have taken over the business. They have cleaned everything and anything I can think of. Everyday items special dresses and suits. Along with my wedding dress after the big day comforters heirloom blankets even my brothers race car suit after each race. Not only have I never had a problem with any item they are also very fairly priced. This isnt the huge selling point for me though. Although it is important its not the thing that has me drive out of my way to use there services exclusively. Its the fact that when I walk in they know who I am. They know exactly what I dropped off and what I have picked up. Its the fact that they know I like my items seperated from my husband. Personal touches and feeling like your business and hard earned money being spent is important to them. They actually care about the work they do. Your not just a customer in and out. Your their customer and they are there to help you. Open long hours to many days a week and an owner is always on site. You know if you see a business being run in this matter its because they really want to stay accountabke for the qaulity of the work and service. Thats what does it for me folks. Personal touch, care and thought, outstanding prices. If your looking for a dry cleaners give them a try and see if they can help you. You shoukd be pleasantly suprised. read more

This place amazes me. The guy (I think he's the owners son) and his wife actually remember my phone number when I walk in the door. I prefer my clothes without the plastic on them (I feel it's a waste,) and they always have my clothes unwrapped. Always on time. And the alterations lady does a great job. I love this place. In a world of places where no one knows you, they make it feel like a home town business. :) big smile! read more

This is the best cleaners ever! This is the only place I will go with anything important. It's far for us but definitely worth the drive for the quality in service and price!
