WOW !! What a great cleaner... My only regret ... I didn't know about Marvin's years ago ... They dry clean on site ... which is rare these days. The cleaning result is perfect ... The alterations are exceptional. I've had a pair of favorite travel pants for years. I've put on some additional "lbs" and there was no way to let them out. But, Marvin made a small cut in the waste and inserted matching material [HOW did he do that?] and they fit me again. Free pickup and delivery on Thursdays Marvin has been there for years. I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to get there, but it's worth it 1,000 times over. He's nice, patient, and knows how to be creative. The results are fantastic. I've been going to Marvin's for nearly 6 years now, ever since I moved to Palos Verdes. Marvin's cleaners is extremely convenient, reliable and you get great value. I drop off my clothes (sport coats, dress shirts, slacks) and he delivers them back to my house. It's not the closest cleaners to my house but I trust him. I called to ask what the turn around time was to press a uniform. Marvin then proceeded to inquire what type of uniform, if I needed it cleaned also, etc. I explained to him that my son was in the fire academy and was unavailable during the week due to their strenuous schedule. Everything is always on time and as promised. Cleaning and Presentation always right on. You can bet when you're talking to the owner. Things are always done right. Alterations: I had dress shirts altered with size adjustments. When inspected, I could not tell the difference between the original stitch and the altered area. Just Perfect. Dress length. My Wife had a dress shortened. They determined the correct length there at the store and gave us a promised completion date. We picked up as promised and inspected.
