They did a much overdue tuneup and oil change and repaired a problem with my headlights. They went the extra mile and polished the headlights that had turned yellow with age and I didnt see a charge for it on the invoice.  Truck is now running like a top! They quoted me $4,500. I took that quote to Sunpower and asked them if they could look at it and give me a lesser quote; they looked at it and quoted me $2,700 and said it would take 4-5 days to get everything done. Thats an $1,800 difference! I had to wait 10 days to get an appointment because they are so good at their work and we're booked out. It did take 5 days, but, my car ran good again and it was definitely worth the wait to save so much money. They also told me if I had ANY problems to bring the car back in. It looked as if they just dumped what they just vacuumed out of the vehicle onto the cabin filter. The filter was the exact size and shape for the midsized car, compact car, diesel, and 1500 truck they were "working" on. Each vehicle has unique sizes and shape for the vehicle. Yet their "prop" filters they brought out were the same size and shape for EACH vehicle. Meanwhile, they had oil or some residue on their gloves or rags and while washing the windows smearing all around on the glass making it both difficult to see through and the poor attempt at cleaning them. I normally go to my dealership to have them take care of if my vehicle. I was in a hurry. This place ended up costing me double!!!! Their cute forewoman is meant to be a distraction and novelty so you are enamored enough to miss the con. After only 1500 miles the…read moreleft front bearing lock nut came loose causing the wheel to be held on by the breaks while driving 70 mph down the freeway pulling tandem trailers. After getting it repaired at a dealership, they confirmed the work performed by Point S was poor quality and we were lucky to have gotten off the road before the wheel fell off. We went back to Point S for compensation for the repair and a refund for the original work. After talking with the shop manager and the owner, they paid for the dealership repair however they felt our lives were not worth the $690 amount of the original work performed by them.
