I brought my car in to have it checked out, and Jay went above and beyond. He carefully ran diagnostics to identify the issue, explained everything clearly, and offered thoughtful advice. His recommendation was to try a catalytic cleaner first and see if the light came back on. What really stood out was the time he spent with me, ensuring I understood my options, and the fact that he didn't charge me anything despite so much help. He also provided a few solid recommendations for future car care. If I ever have another issue with my car, I'll definitely be returning to Alberto's.

One day my Mazda suddenly developed multiple problems -- the power would shut off as I started it,…read moreI needed jumps constantly, and it was just unreliable. I couldn't get an appointment at the Mazda dealership for over a month and a half, so I had to find another solution. I know Mazdas can be tricky cars to work on, so I was cautious. I spoke to the mechanic's daughter, and she reassured me that her father was experienced with Mazdas. I brought my car in, and they diagnosed it as needing a new alternator. After they replaced it, I drove away but the car shut down again later. It turned out the starter also needed replacing. Overall, I thought the service was excellent. Margarita went above and beyond--she picked me up and dropped me off at my house so I didn't have to pay for an Uber. Their communication was great; Margarita even sent me videos of the parts being replaced, so I felt informed about what was happening to my car. My only concern was having to pay for labor twice within two days. After the alternator was replaced, I paid almost $1000. Then I had to tow the car back when it stopped again, and replacing the starter cost me another $1000. I wish the starter issue could have been caught earlier to save me the extra labor and towing costs, but I understand that starters don't always show signs of failure in advance and this isn't a Mazda dealership with their specialized diagnostic tools. All in all, I really liked this shop. They were professional, helpful, and honest. I'll definitely go back if I need work done again. Just know that if you have a car like mine (Mazda), it's sometimes impossible to predict every issue without dealership-level diagnostics. I didn't get to meet everyone, buh #Richard took care of me. He was very #Pleasant and he had #Great #CustomerService. He worked with my insurance. I was able to get my Catalytic Converter replaced. He made sure that it was the proper one that wouldn't give me any issues in the future with inspections. They fixed my backup camera and they made a #CustomProtector for my catalytic converter. They just got a new customer for the rest of my repairs. They also do #Inspections in case you needed some where to do yours. ;) Richard was very informative. They gave me options. The shop also was accommodating. The jobs were done quickly. The #Price was #Honest and they didn't try to get me for extra money like some other places would have tried.
