His recommendation was to try a catalytic cleaner first and see if the light came back on. What really stood out was the time he spent with me, ensuring I understood my options, and the fact that he didn't charge me anything despite so much help. I didn't get to meet everyone, buh #Richard took care of me. He was very #Pleasant and he had #Great #CustomerService. He worked with my insurance. I was able to get my Catalytic Converter replaced. He made sure that it was the proper one that wouldn't give me any issues in the future with inspections. They fixed my backup camera and they made a #CustomProtector for my catalytic converter. They just got a new customer for the rest of my repairs. They also do #Inspections in case you needed some where to do yours. ;) Richard was very informative. They gave me options. The shop also was accommodating. The jobs were done quickly. The #Price was #Honest and they didn't try to get me for extra money like some other places would have tried. It was actually better than I expected. They now have a piece of my heart as they saved my car from being totaled. They fought against insurance company to make sure I got the best parts. I've brought my car into another shop and they told me there was a list of bs things wrong with it. Stuff I could fix myself that I knew was wrong. They told me it as my brake pads. I took the car out and brought it to this place on the Bruckner. When I brought it here they diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day.
