Fine--that's their choice. I already have a better shop and is replacing my engine they maybe thought I was broke or who knows but anyway way the real issue is that after leaving my car, several of my personal belongings disappeared. Guest what they did, they left my car in the street for a few days without any consent or like if my money isn't worth anything. I lost two toolboxes worth over $500, Ray-Ban sunglasses ($200), my EZ Pass, charging cables/adapters, perfume, clothes from my backpack, also a head unit that was in green box and more. On top of that, I paid their diagnostic fee (which I don't mind since that's part of their job), but when it comes to my missing belongings, I'm the one who takes the loss. It's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten a single answer or resolution from the shop. Items don't just vanish into thin air. The worst part is the complete lack of responsibility or concern from their side. The reviews may make this place look like a trustworthy shop and that's the reason I came here for, but my experience was the opposite. Be very careful leaving your car or belongings here, because once something goes missing, you're on your own.

But, you'd be safe getting a PPI from him. I was purchasing a used car at a dealership on a Sunday. I called him that morning, and same day he was able to come in the morning to do the inspection. He was a good communicator too. Good stuff. Overall, I am glad he looked at the car. It helped us negotiate $2,500 off the purchase price, and I knew which issues had to be addressed. I brought it to my mechanic in Jersey City the next day, who agreed with 360 Mechanic that the rotors, brake pads, and tires needed to be replaced. His inspection entailed looking under the car, running the computer, and checking the engine. He correctly identified that the car needed new brake pads, rotors, and tires. His computer did a pretty thorough report and identified issues. He told me it was a good car with issues that could be addressed. However, he did not give me advice I would have liked: yes or no, about whether I should buy the car. He seemed concerned about appearing neutral to the dealership. He told me the car needed $1,600 of work. There are more thorough pre-purchase inspections available. I had one done at a shop in New Jersey for another vehicle I was considering. They did a whole battery of tests and thoroughly looked at everything. 360 didn't do that and didn't jack up the car to look thoroughly at the underbody. I had expected that type of work and was a little disappointed. You can find some dedicated services online, but you need to schedule them in advance. If you are in the Bronx on a Sunday looking at a car, like I was, you should seriously consider 360 for a pre-purchase inspection.

To all the customers who don"t have the knowledge wha a ASE certified mechanic is, let me give you an example. any one could paint a house does that make you a professional painter? anyone could cook, does that make you a chef? however does people who want their house to look professional painted or eat in a restaurant that the food just doesn't look good but taste great would pay for that kind of service. any one could change brake pads, however i seen customers who had crack heads from autozone put on brake pads backwards and tell me that they hear a strange noise when they are stopping. what was the problem they put it backwards ruining the rotors. now they paid for rotors that wasn't damaged. just like a chef would notice not to over cook your food a painter would know that a smooth finish would leave a neat look with fresh paint same way a REAL ASE mechanic would know the cause of failure parts and how to properly install, last if we do a job faster then the time said on the computer its not just the experience its the expensive tools that most "shops" who call themselves mechanics wont invest, but come to me so i can rent them my tools. remember this you will always get what you pay. and for the customers who THINK that coming to any auto shop is like visiting a fast food chain think again because if you have a leak in your radiator and you call me to see if i can repair it. remember that just like you their somebody else with the same problem who is before you. and its not like ordering a number 5 in a fast food restaurant and you would be serve with in 10 mins. most likely you would have to leave your car for some jobs. i would like also to apologize foe the 3 years i haven't been present at my shop due to my oversea marriage which now we are establish i know that i had some bad managers running the shop and gave the shop a bad taste, but does customer who know me, know how i take my business serios. thank you Victor Hugo Cassinelli read more

My husband had told me to go to this place in this place only because the gentleman literally is a kindle individual. He said he liked how he was treated and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. So I went over to this place which is now located at 625 Whittier street bronx,Ny. It literally was an emergency because my brakes were done so he took me as a walk-in. He literally squeezed me in which I thought was amazing. I bought my own brake pads because I know it was the front pads that needed to get changed. I left the car there. He gave me a little spot to go to the go eat breakfast. I was looking for. I was hungry while I was there. They called me on video to show me how damaged my rotor was and that for my safety and there's they were going to change both of them. I said OK great thank you for contacting me about it. Ate my breakfast and went back to the shop to their little waiting room which was warm. That's a plus in this frigid cold of course there was a little wait time being that I was a walk-in, but under the circumstances, I was very patient and let them do what they had to do. The service was amazing great customer service and the pricing was to be expected due due to the severity of my car issue. Hugo was very kind and offered me a trip to my bank while my car was being serviced so I mean withdraw money to pay for the service. Overall, I recommend them to anybody if you're looking for a place that doesn't cheat you and is precise on what they do. This is the place for you. I needed to inspect my car in a new state ,was confident that my car will pass inspection with flying colors, but to my surprise, it didn't pass... the inspection place at that other state said that my car had an engine oil leak and had to be fixed in order to pass inspection. I had a few days to inspect the car as my inspection was about to expire and I didn't want to drive all the way to that other state and fail inspection again! I was in a bit of a pickle as I needed to go to work or not go to work and look around for a mechanic shop that would not take advantage and could fix the problem. So I google for for a mechanic and drove around and ended up at Hugo's Auto shop! Hugo and his stuff were very professional and accommodating. They worked with my schedule. Hugo arranged for my car to be picked up and drop off just like at the big and expensive car dealerships! They picked up and drop off my car to where I need. Hugo Auto shop billing and car repair process was transparent and convenient. My car was repaired in a very timely manner. I didn't have to miss work or take extra time to deal with fixing my car as Hugo Auto-shop took care of the entire process.... Whenever you take a car to a repair shop, there are a few things you need to keep in mind. There is a possibility that your car would have to be keep over night if a part not in stock and also things could get complicated depending on the year of the car. We would love to give every customer 1000 percent of our service but unfortunately this life not perfect. read more

With 37th Auto, I dropped off it off, walked, had a good breakfast, explored the neighborhood a little and was able to pick it up 2 hrs later and continue with my day.
