Said the repair to my washer then needed a couple of parts that was $400 so I bought the parts as they recommend. The repairman said buying these parts will definitely fix it. It did not fix it! Never called back to finish the job after many attempts. Now I'm out $400 with a still broken washing machine. The person scheduling appointments is also quite rude and takes weeks to schedule. Madi set expectations right away and executed every detail professionally . My husband and I have lived on island for 20 years and own a local business. We had Deep Serene deep clean our house and we were so impressed with their attention to detail we are having them clean our local business as well. All windows and mirrors cleaned (with no streaks) , closets organized, carpets cleaned, fans dusted, gecko poop gone, bathtub white again. Oven, microwave, anir fryer - Spotless! CALL IF YOU WANT SOMEONE HONEST! I wish Eco Kauai had been…read morethe first company I called to come and inspect my apartment. Unfortunately, I called Kauai MoldWaterFire. I am a tenant who has been very sick ever Since I moved into my apartment and I was starting to suspect there could be water damage or mold. The inspector found lots of water damage, and then falsified the report. The company would not even give me a copy of the report, I had to fight for it, and when I finally got it, all of the saturated walls and wet spots were completely removed from the report. My landord made a deal with them and erased the evidence. Then I decided to call Eco Kauai, and Justin came out to do inspection. Night and day difference in the entire experience. He was professional, very communicative, and when I told him about my nightmare, he assured me I was in good hands and that he would report everything honestly, and that is exactly what he did. The inspection found the same water damage as the first company, and even more because Justin's inspection was so thorough and looked in other rooms as well. My landlord tried to intimidate him first, and then he tried to feel him out to see if he would take a bribe by saying "hey come over onto my property I want to show you something", and honestly my heart dropped because I wondered if it was happening all over again....BUT NOPE. He respectfully stood his ground, and he was extremely professional. He treated me in such a courteous way, even though he knew he would get zero remediation work from this situation. The report is very thorough and has every detail. He knows his stuff, and is extremely well versed in way more than just mold. He patiently answered my every question. If you want a company that will do the right thing NO MATTER WHAT, call Eco Kauai. Someone who puts that much time and care into a free inspection regardless of the outcome, and says no to dirty money HAS INTEGRITY. You can trust this company to handle your home with care. I can't say it enough, Thank you Justin!!!!!
