This review is nearly a year late, but the Premier Restoration Hawaii-Kaua'i did such outstanding work that I had to write this belated review. They are outstanding and if you have a disaster at your home, you should call them! The Friday before 2021 Thanksgiving I was on the Mainland. That evening I received a call from my former house/dog sitter. She said she'd fallen asleep and when she woke up there was water everywhere in my great room. She had left the sink faucets in the Powder room running when she had fallen asleep. I tried calling everyone I knew but none of the companies I called answered, and my insurer had no recommendations for any Kaua'i companies. Fortunately one of my neighbors was home, and brought his wet/dry vac up and was able to eliminate most of the standing water in my Great room, hall and kitchen. However, water damage to my oriental carpets, floor and walls remained. The morning after I returned a good friend told me to contact her friend who had recently sold his company to Premier Restoration Hawai'i.. I called, and one of their people came to do the initial assessment. They did all the cleaning and repairs that were needed including repairing some wall damage, and totally repainting that room perfectly. They moved all the furniture so they could get my stone floors properly cleaned, scrubbed and re-sealed. They also had my oriental rugs cleaned. Despite all the moving of furniture and accessories, not a single thing was broken or damaged. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Everyone in their office and everyone who helped repair and restore my home was friendly, professional, and hard working. They answered all my questions and made a horrible situation tolerable. The repairs lasted until February 2022, but I was so impressed that when I had a couple of unrelated repair issues, I called them and they fit me into their schedule. They were excellent, and I urge anyone w/damage to their home to call them. read more

After being away from our home for a couple of weeks, we returned to a disaster. The plumbing in our home failed and as a result, all the carpet, cabinets, flooring, and lower parts of our walls were a total mess because of water damage and mold. We were at a complete loss of what to do. Through the recommendation from our insurance agent, I called Justin and his company. I am so happy that I did because these guys took care of everything. We had a disaster in our condo in Poipu and needed immediate help. We did not have to ask many folks to find out the Premier Restoration was the company that we needed and our need was desperate. Not only did they respond quickly but we were able to schedule midigation and had the issue under control in the promised 3 days. The associates that worked for a solid 3 days fixing our situation were professional and friendly. After the midigation work was completed we were very pleased to find our condo clean and ready for repairs. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of Premier's restoration team due to our rental schedule and Premier's extremely busy schedule. Our downstairs flooded during the Kauai rainstorm on the night of January 1-2, 2022. We woke to find the floor covered with 1/2 inch of water. After some research, we called Premier Restoration on Sunday, 1/2/22 and they sent one of their staff over that Sunday afternoon to assess our damages. The Premier team came over later that week to help us pack up all of our downstairs belongings then they came back early the next week to tear up the wet flooring and cut out the soaked dry wall. The staff at Premier were very professional, knowledgeable, and worked together well to get the job done: from the Manager Justin to office staff Sydney and Meredith, who were always available to answer our questions, to the all-round nice bunch of strong, young men who came to do the work at our house. Mike Wallace and his entire team at Rescue Services are stellar! I received excellent service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. I arrived home after traveling to discover an alarming amount of nasty mold in areas upstairs & downstairs in my house. The Professionals of Rescue Services responded quickly and after evaluating the damage they promptly "went to work." Communication was always clear and I knew I had competent, reliable & compassionate people handling what was for me a very stressful situation. I am so grateful someone referred them to me. They did an excellent job removing all the damaged drywall & cabinets and making sure everything was completely dried out. There was a really bad leak in the bathroom upstairs from my apartment and from day 1 Premier Restoration was there for me. I went thru quite an ordeal with more steps than I ever thought there would be but Sydney and Justin made everything very easy. Blake, Clancy, and their team really know what they are doing. They explained everything that would happen so I felt completely in the loop. If you ever talk to or meet the employees there, you see that they are really good people too. I will always recommend them for these types of jobs -- they make a stressful mess into a smooth situation. Everyone at Premier Restoration - Kauai is the very best! They really care about their customer by listening to what they are saying, or what they are trying to say, but can't put it into words. They are extremely efficient from their technical detail, mitigation, restoration & reconstruction work, and the results are outstanding! Their equipment and digital technology are top of the line! I believe most victims of water damage & potential mold know they must take care of the problem but are very concerned about the costs. We don't want to get ripped off! Crazy rains flooded our warehouse and showroom. Before we knew it we could smell and see the mold growing on the drywall. Called Justin at Premier Restoration. He came and assessed the situation and immediately put a game plan in place. His team was incredible. They neatly packed and labeled everything up for us so we didn't have to be in the moldy environment any longer then necessary. Before we knew it, they had the drywall removed, cleaned out the showroom and prepared it for the next stage of the project. Clancy and his team came in and did the reconstruction and we were as good as new. Sydney was amazing as well. The team at Premier Restoration is wonderful. We had a water pipe break and flood our store in Hanapepe for over 12 hours. They responded as soon I discovered the flooding. With their extensive water extraction and dehumidifying equipment they had our building completely dried out in a few days. Their quick action resulted in no mold or mildew damage. Additionally, they did a great job on the move-out and move-back-in that was needed to repair the floors that had to be refinished from the flood. They were the silver lining to this black cloud of an experience. Hopefully I won't have to go through anything like this again - but if I ever do, I know Premier Restoration will have my back. The entire team I talked with at Premier (Justin, Abby, Sydney) cared about taking care of the damage to my home from a leak in the unit above mine. This was true of those I spoke with on the phone in the office to the technician who came out to do the assessment in our home. They quickly came to do the assessment and to dry the area. Once we were able to do the repair (due to delays beyond our control- COVID restrictions, need for our neighbor to take steps to prevent further leaks) they came out quickly to do the work.
