My Frigidaire icemaker was not dispensing ice. I called Daniel. He was amazing. He came prepared with the diagnostic schematic for my fridge. He meticulously tested every connection for the ice maker with his voltmeter and then narrowed the problem down to the flapper motor. Contacted his supplier in Oahu who had the part and told him it would ups it over. He got the part and literally returned three days after originally diagnosing the problem. We have a vacation rental in Princeville but live on the mainland. We were in serious trouble when our washing machine stopped working.
