Madi set expectations right away and executed every detail professionally . My husband and I have lived on island for 20 years and own a local business. We had Deep Serene deep clean our house and we were so impressed with their attention to detail we are having them clean our local business as well. Pricing is more than fair, especially for the amazing work they do. Mold was removed from walls. I used this company to clean my rental property between visitors. Though initially good, they have fallen off dramatically over the last 6 months. Maddy often will no-show and then will act defensive or even hostile when contacted to. It feels almost as if there has been a change in ownership or staffing that impacted their ability to continue to perform jobs. But I don't know. Two stars because they used to be consistent and professional and I do want to honor that. They just really aren't what they used to be anymore. read more

I found Deep Serene Clean on Angie's list and had an appointment for a walk through within the hour. Maddy was energetic and communicative and delivered on everything she promised. Less than a week after I reached out on Angie's List our house was sparkling clean! I wanted to paint my walls a lighter shade, but after Deep Serene scrubbed our walls I don't have to! Deep Serene Clean has been fantastic to work with to clean our vacation rental. Madeleine is great to work with, quick to respond to messages, so helpful with advice and suggestions & always tries to work with us to accommodate our guest's requests of an early check in or late check out. The cleaners take pictures and provide reports after each cleaning, so as owners, we are reassured the rental is ready for the next guests and the cleaners are protected from any false claims of the rental not being presentable. These ladies rock! The place looks great after their clean. They steam mopped our floors, polished all the stainless steel appliances and fixtures, deep cleaned the tub and toilet in our master bath, got the spiderwebs out of the high corners of the ceiling, vacuumed everything, wiped down walls cabinets and baseboards. They had all the right products and equipment to get the job done. They were fast and friendly and I would highly recommend for anyone who needs a fast, reliable and through cleaning service.
