The friendly Tech Ekolu called to ask if he could come earlier since the prior job finished earlier. He alone swapped out the water heater and had me test the faucets in the house to make sure I had hot water. He stopped by the next day after his last job late in the afternoon to check if everything was working properly. There was a very small leak on top of the tank, so removed the intake pipe and applied Teflon tape. It wasn't because of his installation work, but the manufacturer's workmanship. He Came into my house and checked out the toilet. Went out and got his tools and supplies. He showed me some rusting on a water inlet hose and asked if he should change it out. I told him to do so.
