Isaiah called me right after I landed in Kauai to let me…read moreknow my neighbor had a mold issue and construction and that they needed to open my wall to seal his wall, and address any possible wetness in my wall. From the beginning he was very patient and grounded. I was juggling many things that week, he helped coordinate the work during the days I stayed at my place and overlapping other construction. Teammate Alexander was very helpful with the drywall and painting, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He did a great job. Also Robert was very kind and interesting like me. The construction was organized over 4 days in a timely manner, everything completed beautifully. The work was part of the neighbor's construction and the HOA covered the invoice, which is much, much appreciated. Thank you Guys & Brandi! I had a great experience and it was smooth. :)

UPDATE (based on how things ultimately played out):…read more I'm updating my original 5-star review based on how this situation ultimately played out. After the April 2025 service (which was specifically for a drainage issue), the unit began leaking significantly more. A second technician from the company later noted that the indoor unit appeared to be sloped away from the drain. By that point, the system was leaking heavily. The indoor unit was installed with very limited clearance to the ceiling (approximately 1"), which can contribute to condensation and drainage issues. Over the following months, the problem worsened to the point where the unit stopped cooling properly and ultimately had to be replaced. There was also visible mold and buildup inside the unit consistent with ongoing moisture and drainage problems. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company. Their position was that the issue developed over time and was related to maintenance, and they declined to provide any additional compensation beyond credits for the service calls, which did not resolve the drainage issue. As a homeowner, I relied on the company's expertise and only became aware of potential underlying issues after the drainage problem was not resolved. I understand that older systems can have issues, but the condition of the unit worsened after the service that was intended to fix the drainage problem. Based on how this was handled, I do not feel the company stood behind the outcome of the service. I'm sharing this so others have the full context before deciding who to work with. Additional clarification: To clarify, I did not request that the company pay for a full replacement system - only a partial contribution toward the replacement after the condition worsened following the April service.

Dad had "fixed" the connection and it was frozen in place to the point I wasn't strong enough to get the nut off. I had a water leak at the floor level I couldn't stop. I had to turn the water off at the curb. It was late Friday and I was at my wits end! I sent my request to him and he got back to me within 10-15 minutes! Wow, on the mainland I was used to waiting DAYS! He asked if I could take a picture of the problem so he could pick up the right replacement parts. Within 30 minutes I had an appointment for Saturday morning! My hometown has a description for that kind of thing, "Boy Howdy!" Ken met me early the next day, a Saturday mind you, and before noon he had replaced the water line, the parts inside the toilet, and even connected my device for me!
