Bait and switch operation. Hired them to do a septic tank inspection. They quoted me $500. I got a bill for $1200. They added on a suprise $700 pump fee after the fact. They never mentioned the $700 until after the inspection report was issued days later. Total bait and switch. The sad thing is, if they had just quoted me the $1200 up front, there wouldn't be a problem. Instead, they lied on the estimate to get hired then jacked up the bill after the fact by doing a service they never gave me a quote for.
