I was in a pinch because I have a short term rental property on island so I was trying to get something as quick as possible. Well I kept following up with the guy and all he would text me was to hang in there! Ok I'm Mahalo and have the island spirit but two days later he still doesn't get back to me or respond to my messages. I would be cautious to work with this company considering they lead you to believe they will help you but then kind of go dark. Disappointing to say the least...

Never called back to finish the job after many attempts. Now I'm out $400 with a still broken washing machine. The person scheduling appointments is also quite rude and takes weeks to schedule.
