I am so grateful for the guys at Butitta Auto in Oregon, Illinois. Following a previous visit, I happened to call the shop after they'd closed for the day. I didn't leave a message, but apparently my caller ID showed up. Julian was still in the shop and noticed the "missed call," and he called me back, just to make sure I was okay, and not experiencing another problem with my truck. That really touched my heart! I'm a disabled veteran, and vehicle reliability is key to my peace of mind and safety, when I'm out and about. They're honest, caring, trustworthy, and always put the customer's needs first, while ensuring the safety and reliability of the vehicle, to keep us safe. I have jumper cables, but a prison parking lot didn't feel like the kind of place you wander around asking strangers for help. I called AAA but they couldn't find any tow trucks within a 90 mile radius. So I called you guys because your website mentioned roadside assistance. The lovely woman who answered the phone said there was no one available. I asked if she could recommend another tow company and explained (somewhat panicked) that I'm from Chicago and I have no idea where I am or what I'm going to do. She put me on hold and then came back to say she's got a guy but it'll be about 20 minutes. I told her I'd already been waiting an hour so 20 minutes sounded like a dream. Sure enough, 20 minutes later a nice man in a red truck pulled up and jumped my car in one try. I called to pay, thanked everyone profusely, and was on my way! He returned a few minutes later with a cloth and a bottle of some grayish liquid.
