I didn't leave a message, but apparently my caller ID showed up. Julian was still in the shop and noticed the "missed call," and he called me back, just to make sure I was okay, and not experiencing another problem with my truck. That really touched my heart! I have jumper cables, but a prison parking lot didn't feel like the kind of place you wander around asking strangers for help. I called AAA but they couldn't find any tow trucks within a 90 mile radius. So I called you guys because your website mentioned roadside assistance. The lovely woman who answered the phone said there was no one available. I asked if she could recommend another tow company and explained (somewhat panicked) that I'm from Chicago and I have no idea where I am or what I'm going to do. She put me on hold and then came back to say she's got a guy but it'll be about 20 minutes. I told her I'd already been waiting an hour so 20 minutes sounded like a dream. Sure enough, 20 minutes later a nice man in a red truck pulled up and jumped my car in one try. I called to pay, thanked everyone profusely, and was on my way! I couldn't believe the kindness of your team in figuring out a way to get me home.
