I am extremely disappointed with the service by Massey Services. Their customer service department is consistently unresponsive, every inquiry I've made has been met with a complete lack of information of follow-up. Futhermore, the technical support is highly unproffesional. The "irrigation expert" arrived well past the scheduled time and lacked the necessary expertise to troubleshoot the system. Worst company to use for pest control. Literally zero customer service. They flat out suck! I stopped paying them once they were bought out, service went downhill, all they cared about was their money. They sent me to collections for $99 and I will die before I ever think about paying them. I never signed a contract with Massey, nor did I ask for them to come spray. They showed up one day then tried to bill me. Yea right!!! I will ruin my credit over this $99! WORST COMPANY EVER. This is the lowest experience I've had in any interviewing process in South Florida. Last week Friday, I had a torturous interview with the commercial accounts manager Luclerc. It was an hour interview with hundreds of questions plus tests. Possibly, the worst job interview I ever had. Talking to this manager was like talking to a wall. It was like getting nothing back no matter what you said. Yesterday, their General Manager Jon, called me for an interview in their residential division and I conveyed what my interview was like with Luclerc. To make a long story short, I went today for an interview again and Jon claims he sent an email conveying they went with other candidates. I received absolutely nothing to my personal email or Indeed email system. Luclerc was there and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. for the 2 minutes I was in their office. That's extremely disrespectful and speaks very low volumes about this company. They make you drive and go all professionally suited up for nothing. What kind of company is this??? The question remains, if their hiring process is like this, I can't imagine what working for them is like. And their salary wasn't much between $2,500 - $3,000 a month for 2022 standards. Worst manager experience i've ever dealt with, Monica needs to grow up can't understand how a women can be so mad and grumpy, Poor women didn't even know i was coming in for an interview "GREAT" , after a tedious 2-3 hours someone finally started the interview process. Then another 2-3 hours taking some bs test. They promise a bunch of pay and you work crazy hours, you won't make any where near what they mention to you at hiring process. STAY AWAY!!!! My yard is in the worse shape in 10 years. It is overrun with weeds, my English palm has a white fungus that we pointed out on multiple occasions, and we found cinch bugs in a dead area of the yard and had to show the technician. It will take another year or two to bring the yard back. read more

These guys are literally the worst. They have no ethics, no communication and are basically flat out liars. They scammed me for $150, said they were coming back the next day and never did. When I called, I couldn't get anyone to help me. They said they would call me back and never did. This is a garbage company, trust me don't waste your time or money with these guys. So I pay a lot of money to massey to take care of my lawn, trees and sprinklers system. Since I have ring cameras all around my house, I was able to watch the so-technician​ arrive at my house​ and within​ 12 minutes leave. So this weekend I went out to my backyard and found two large DRY spots because one sprinkler was completely​ missing and two not roratating at all. I have spent a good​ sum​ of money to have my lawn ready for summer. I feel whatever money we spent with massey was a complete waste! Do it yourself if you want it done correctly! read more

I am giving one star because I do not have the option to give them none. This is by far the worst company I have EVER dealt with. They scheduled the tenting, and said they would remove 2 days later. The next day, we held a garage sale outside of the home and they came to remove the tent. They ended up leaving and stating that they would charge an extra $600 even though we said we would leave. Then the manager called us and said he called the police on us in our own home for trespassing! The nerve of these people! The police came and were so upset that they even called them to remove us from our own property. They even knocked down a LIVE electrical line in the process. The men working had terrible attitudes. When I retained Massey I was signed up by Laclerc. I signed for lawn and mosquito control. Whenever anything didn't go right or someone didn't show up as scheduled, I would call Laclerc and everything would be corrected. In one instance, a service man said that he had fed my lawn and control the weeds. However, he never came to my house. My ring security proved it. I called Laclerc and he got the fax and sent someone right out to service me. unfortunately, he was so good that he's been promoted. Now, no one cares, I have paid a total of $1200 for a lawn and mosquito service and the only thing I've gotten out of it is a drained bank account. I call no one gets back to me. I complain no one gets back to me, when I called to stop the services, Customer Service took all of my information and the next day a gentleman by the name of John maybe the last name POLK called me, however, I was not available. I called him back around five days later and he was not available so I left a message today, a week later I called again, asked for him, and the lady said she would connect me. I was on the phone on hold for 10 minutes and just gave up my lawn looks terrible. I had asked them to send someone over to look at my lawn and determine why their services are not working. This never happened. I cannot sit outside my house after 4 o'clock because the mosquitoes are out and I get bitten by them for the first four months of mosquito service I found out they were putting the device that I don't know what it does kills mosquitoes in the wrong area so it kind gentleman came over and I think it was CJ and he moved it and I thought that would improve the situation. It did not. If I were you, I would save my money, and not hire Massey. They are unreliable and cannot be trusted. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They schedule appointments whenever they want. They come to your home to spray the front yard and bill you $99.00. On October, they showed up unannounced, and when I called them to reschedule they said they WOULD NOT charge me until the service was completed. The company was bought out by some rinky dink owners who clearly have no work ethic. I just got off the phone with the Doral "Regional Manager" who not only was condescending, he stated his company DOES NOT HAVE to spray the inside of the house, that its a waste of product. Terrible service! I have an ongoing pest control warranty. Made a service appointment, no one showed up for that scheduled appointment. Then Called weekly for three weeks to reschedule another termite inspection. Each time I Was told I would get a call from the inspector and/or the manager the next day. Such awful customer service and their product does not work!!! I originally signed with Insight for a year contract of bi-monthly services and had to call them back for free repeat services multiple times. They merged with Massey in March. Still same problem with same pests. So I finally decided not to call and just wait until my contract was up to cancel. I finally try to cancel two months after my contract was up and they said they had to have the GM call me. The Gm calls and questions why I never called them for repeat services and why I waited so long to cancel if I knew my contract was up in June. After 15 mins of headache and asking why I didn't do this and that, I told them flat out to cancel me period. They said I have an appointment in September and that they WILL go to my house without my permission because I didn't give them a 30 day notice. I told them to move my next appointment to October and that way they will have their 30 day notice. They refused and said they will send a tech and charge me with or without my permission. I do not recommend this company to anyone and for the GM to have the guts to call me to question my motives as to why I didn't cancel earlier or why I'd didn't have Massey since they merged to come out for repeat services is beyond ridiculous. read more

Terrible customer service. I cancelled a service but they still came out the following week and serviced. I received 4 subsequent bills , and each time I called customer service to let them know i had cancelled the service and should not be billed. 4 times I was told someone would call me back. Never happened. Wrote a letter to customer care. Never got a reply. After fifth bill I filed a complaint with BBB. I called one more time to tell them I had filed a complaint . Now I got their attention. That's what it took to resolve this. A call back the first time could have avoided this. They must be too big to care read more

Horrible customer service!! They scheduled my fumigation one month in advance. The day they were scheduled to put the tent on they called ( about 10 am) to tell me they had to reschedule. I explained that I had already relocated my family to a rental home, moved all of our food in preparation for the fumigation. I was told I needed to speak to the General Manager. After calling Him for 3 days I finally received a phone call telling me they were not going to compensate us in any way!! So now we have spent 1,100 to move our family and we still have termites .
