Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. By raising the seawall by 24" we needed to refill our yard with truck fulls of fresh soil, remove massive palm trees, repair and replace some irrigation, plant new citrus trees and finally all fresh green Sod! She didn't call or cancel in the beginning of the week so I assumed Wednesday was still on schedule. Wednesday arrived and I called to verify the meeting time... She didn't answer the phone; understandably since people get busy but unfortunately she never returned my voicemail I left her (I even said I can still be available Friday or even Saturday if she wasn't free).... I still needed a landscaper so I followed up 3 WEEKS LATER and she actually said, "oh, I just got your message and was about to call"... For whatever reason, she was nice enough and apologetic so I set up to meet the next day. My wife and I met with Martina... she was nice/polite but I felt like she was not hearing my ideas or what I wanted; we did manage to share some design elements that I was good with and confident that she would provide a design that would work; she promised we'd have a quote within the next 10 days. 10 days came and went... and, at the end of the day, none of this mattered since Jaguar never provided a quote...

Since we were in need of some work and didn't have any landscapers lined up, we took their contact details. We set up an estimate time and on the day of the meet they showed up promptly. Once I showed them the job and we agreed to terms, they were ready to immediately do the work...at 530pm on a Friday! These guys did such a great job too.
