The guys cleaned up the yard and hauled away the branches and large pieces. We had them grind down the stump which was $250 more. Some of our plants near the tree were broken and flattened in the process but that is to be expected. Mr. Gibbs loves what he does and does it professionally. He was very polite and answered all my questions. No more constant messy tree in our yard or the neighbors, if we did have more trees to get rid of we would hire him back. For the amount of labor I watched these men do we felt the price was very reasonable. I also liked that they are licensed and insured.

I paid a couple thousand dollars for the full scope of work, which we agreed would be completed in a timely and professional manner. The trees were cut down promptly the day after I hired them; however, the job remains incomplete. It has now been over three weeks since the initial work began, and the company has failed to return to grind the stumps or remove the large volume of debris left behind. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to contact them via text and phone. At first, they responded with vague assurance that they will be out "soon," but they are now completely unresponsive. To date, I have paid in full (minus the stump grinder rental fee of $169) and received only partial performance. I consider this a breach of contract and failure to deliver services that were clearly agreed upon. I am currently left with an unfinished job a significant mess on my property and no response or resolution from the company. This situation has caused both financial and practical hardship, and I am actively exploring my options for recourse, including filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and, if necessary, pursuing legal action to recover damages. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Devil Dog Landscaping & Tree Trimming to anyone seeking reliable or professional service

Anyway, I took down their details and gave them a call about a few big trees we had that needed trimming. After reaching out I received a reply within 15 minutes. The price they gave me was competitive and fair. It took some time to get the crew lined up to do the job, but when they arrived they were right on time and they did solid work. And actually this wasn't an easy job. It was very challenging due to the height of the trees, which was around 50 feet each. I also want to mention how good the team was. They were hard working, dedicated and thoughtful and I really appreciated the care they took in both trimming and tidying up.
