This is a LONG overdue review. As a professional procrastinator I like things to be easy before I…read moreproceed. I received quotes from many other Facebook recommended landscapers and was given designs that didn't fit with my nonexistent vision. In fact the 2 quotes I got couldn't be more different and the companies bad mouthed each other. So like a true procrastinator I went with neither. Months later I was ready to start the process....thats when I met Mike and Cesar. Mike is the owner of All Terrain and from the moment he meets you he will treat you like a longtime friend. In fact-before he even had my business they came out to my house twice and took me to a nursery. I explained to Mike that I had no vision for my yard but that it needed to be spruced up. He asked me what plants I liked and didn't like- I had no idea what plants I liked. Mike took me to 2 nurseries and his home property where we drove up and down the aisles as he took notes of what I thought was nice and what I didn't like. Mike asked me my budget. He didn't give me an estimate until he knew what we were working with. We did a decent job staying close but ended up needing more sprinkler work and a new pump as well as new grass and which I planned on doing so within reason we made adjustments. I never felt pressured to make decisions and we changed design a couple times. My yard looks AWESOME. Mike and his entire team showed up and got the job done. Mike stayed in constant communication. Even after the job was done Mike checked in to make sure I was watering the grass and came back to check on my sprinkler pump (and even fixed up some stuff at no extra cost). Mike and his team also did some side jobs for neighbors who were so excited at how nice my yard was coming along. When I do my backyard or any other landscaping project there is nobody else I will think to call. Thank you Mike and All Terrain for a job well done!

Mike did an outstanding job on landscaping, planting and overall improving the way my house looks…read more Mike put marble pavers and mulch on the side of my home, did an excellent job on the front island with flowers rocks and making this area look very nice. The backyard was also cleaned and new bushes put in. I am very pleased with the job Mike did and would strongly recommend using his business.

When the job was done, there was no rebar and he said it wasn't needed. I contacted him shortly after and said the wall was moving so he promised to come back to install the rebar. I never heard from him again and the wall is moving very badly. He is not an honest businessman!

We met with Enrico, the owner of Aviator Dreamscapes, and he was very helpful with suggestions for replacing the existing sod with artificial grass. I was concerned about the look and he gave me several really good choices. I selected one and then the day before we started it, he showed me another one he thought might even be better. That was absolutely the right one to put down and it looks real. His crew is meticulous and the work was perfect. He is an Air Force veteran and his focus and discipline brings his company to the top of the list in my concern!! I would highly recommend him to receive the best work at a realistic price!!

They were on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. The trees are not over trimmed, which I hate. In the process they saved us a costly roof and water leak repair because of an oak tree beach. The branch rub had just broken through the shingles. Highly recommend and we will have them trim annually.

They refused to do any without camera footage. The camera footage is spotty due to motion activation, but it does show them cutting tree branches over the top of my truck instead of waiting or asking to move their vehicles. They left it full of debris with minor scratches and scuf marks and refused to do anything. I would not recommend this company do to the dishonesty and lack of responsibilities.

I was at home and they asked if I had a rope or chain they could borrow to try to yank them out. I went and found a chain and hook and loaned it to them, I also had a hammer and PVC cutter that their sprinkler guy left on the job a week earlier, so I gave them to Mr. Rodgers's man in charge of the job. After they were done, guess what, they didn't return my chain. I called Mr. Rodgers numerous times and left messages (3 times) and never heard back from anyone. I spoke to his son yesterday when he was mowing the lawn, and he said he didn't know who borrowed it, but that it was probably lost by now. The moral to this review, if you are having Mr. Rodgers service you take inventory of your stuff in your yard, you might come home to things missing. Even if you personally lend them something it could end up missing and no one at Mr. Rodgers will know what you are talking about and won't even acknowledge you're existence by returning your calls. Thank you Mr. Rodgers for showing me that your integrity is questionable at best, especially when you personally handle all the phone messages.
