Much better than I had hoped for. I had 2 very big coconut palms taken down, chopped up and hauled away, plus 3 twenty foot tall ugly palm trees. Felix and William are as nice as could be. I would recommend MJ'Z to any neighbor or friend. When I told my friend with horticulture and interior design degrees the price Felix quoted me, he said that was as good as I would ever get.

I had an ailing avocado tree that needed removal, so I reached out to Heath at Allison for a quote. Heath replied promptly set up a time to assess the tree. On 9/19/2024, Heath and his team arrived right on time--actually, a few minutes early. By 8:15 AM, the tree was down, and by 8:30, the stump was ground out. The whole process was quick and efficient. What more could you ask for? Heath gave me an honest and reasonable quote, showed up on time, and the team worked with minimal noise. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they completed the job in no time. What really sealed the deal for us was when Heath mentioned that he had been working for our next-door neighbor, Ann, for years. If he was good enough for Ann, he was good enough for us. I highly recommend Heath and Allison Tree Company for all your tree care needs.

Cheap for a Reason - Footprints Sealed Into My Pool Deck…read more I made the mistake of going with the cheapest option, and I'm now paying for it. Richard Moseley came out himself to give the estimate. He seemed professional, knowledgeable, and offered a competitive price to pressure wash and seal my pool deck. Unfortunately, once the job day came, he subcontracted the work to someone else -- someone I had never met and did not hire. That immediately made me uneasy. After pressure washing, the subcontractor applied the sealer. Within minutes of applying it, he was walking all over the freshly sealed surface. Every other company I consulted specifically told me that walking on freshly applied sealer that quickly is improper and risks ruining the finish. When I questioned it, Richard brushed off my concerns and insisted it wasn't a problem. It absolutely was a problem. After the job was completed, I inspected the deck and found visible footprint marks sealed into multiple areas of my pool deck. Permanent. Baked in. When I contacted Richard to fix it, he returned -- only to tell me it couldn't be fixed and that the tile would need to be replaced. He casually asked if I had extra tile on hand. At that point, any confidence I had was gone. I would not trust him to replace an AC filter, much less tear out and replace tile on my property. I have photos of the footprint marks and screenshots of our text message exchanges documenting everything. I followed up about him coming back, and then HE NEVER RESPONDED! If you're considering hiring him, understand this: he may show up for the estimate, but the work may be subcontracted out, and if something goes wrong, don't expect accountability or a real solution. I strongly regret hiring him and would not recommend his services.
