Even on the phone Misty somehow knew that the pain originated from my bicep, not my back. She gave me a full hour with a combo of body work massage and acupuncture. In one session she immediately alleviated a pain that massage with another practitioner did nothing to help. The only minus is the price point. I do wish there were package deal options or a less expensive alternative so at $120 session, it would prevent me from coming more regularly. That said, if you can afford it or insurance covers it, she is definitely worth it!!!

She was genuinely interested in every detail and that further assured me I was in the right place! It turned out she knew exactly what to do and explained her process. I was very comfortable with her plan and was ready to go. Melissa worked deep into my body's pain and issues, and less than 24 hours from my appointment, I'm already feeling almost 100%!! I've been in pain for a month now so this means a lot to me :). She said within 2 days, I should be feeling 100%. I've had many massages in the past, but nothing like this. Taking a star away after my latest visit. The massage by Lucy was great. The problem is the massage…read moretables. They are old, in disrepair and need to be replaced. The tables have very little effective padding. I liken the comfort to an army cot. My arms fell asleep when hanging over the edges as they were pressed against the hard frame that isn't protected by padding. The head/face rest fell several times and I was taken to a different cubicle. Same thing in there with the very uncomfortable massage table. They are small and they are not padded well. I am sure that over the years that the padding effectiveness has deterioted with use. I had to ask Lucy for extra toweling to protect my mouth from hitting the steel rod underneath the openning of the head/face rest. I didn't want my lips touching this part of the equipment that was probably being touched by other lips. I will not return until I am certain the tables have been updated. So sad to see what was once a good place for a massage go downhill the way that it has. In addition, the lack of an English speaking person in the establishment is another problem. Lucy had to call someone who spoke English, I had to talk to that person and tell them what Lucy needed to know and then Lucy got the info from them.

I entered my small massage cubicle (surrounded by 3 walls and a curtain) and waited just a moment before my massage master entered. I received a full body massage - head to toe. It was extremely relaxing and comfortable. The only downfall was that, just as I was falling into a near-comatose state of relaxation, the massage masters were talking to each other (actually more like shouting). Besides the loud talking, it was a good experience overall, mostly due to the price vs quality.
