But maybe here, because they do manicures [and pedicures, I suppose] too. The place sits at a corner near an odd intersection, there is no parking lot but if you are lucky you can maybe get one of the two spots they have on the side walk or go around the block, it's residential parking. When I arrived there was one person getting a foot massge/reflexology, idk, but the place was empty. The lady finished up the massage and when she got up, she went and sat behind the manicure table. So I was actually the only customer. They set me up and my journey to detoxing began. The ladies are sisters and they were absolutely friendly and down to earth. The best part of this experience was waiting to find out what color the water was going to change to. It was a rusty red brown; toxins what could be cigarettes (I dont smoke lol), air pollution, cholesterol etc...who knows. I don't think I'd do it again, only because there is no proven fact that the color change is from metals coming out of my body. It could be the electricity and the salts in the water that create that color. Anyhow, it was fun and I enjoyed a good chat.

I was welcomed in immediately (no reservation on Monday afternoon) and brought to a room where I was given privacy to change and a bin for my belonging, then the massage began. The entire place seemed clean including the bathrooms and the lady at the desk was very friendly as well. I couldn't believe a 1 hour Swedish massage was only $65!! (60 if you pay cash) But with all that being said, if you are looking for a "spa" experience then this isnt the place. The massage was one of the best I've had but the place is missing the more upscale amenities. (Hence the difference in price point) For comparison, most spas have a locker room, refreshments, sauna, steam etc. This place is just an amazing straight forward massage. I'd give 4.5 stars if that was an option. I'm deducting a half star because the massage oil they used was unscented and I'm big on aroma therapy.
