All the benefits of a massage without any unnecessary overhead. For $50/hour, this place can't be beat. Slept funny on your neck and you can't even move it the next day? No problem, these ladies will get those stubborn knots right out. Got a nagging chronic lower back pain? Ain't no thing, these ladies got you covered unlike that chiropractor you pay up the nose for session after session. The place is spacious, clean, and welcoming. I have been looking for a spa that I'd love to give business to since moving to the area last September. I've tried several places that were not ideal for me. After really feeling the tension of some work and personal stress, I found Body Empathy Spa and gave them a call. They were able to accommodate me for a same day appointment at a time that also worked for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted and brought into a private room. The lobby was clean, large, and comfortable. The private rooms are just as large which took me by surprise. Often times, I find massage rooms to be too small and very dark and unaccommodating. These rooms are large with great ambiance to help you relax. My massage therapist checked in frequently to make sure that I was comfortable and that the pressure she applied throughout the treatment was to my liking. Each time she applied a new technique, she made sure that I was okay with the change. It was very easy to relax, even enough to doze of a few times during the session. Additionally, the price of the massage was only $80 for 90-minutes. It is $55 for a 60-minute session. The spa offers various types of combo packages and deals. First time there this evening for a reflexology session. I had a total of an hour, 30 mins upper back and 30 mins reflexology. It was great. I had Jennifer work on me and she was very polite and asked whether or not she was using too much pressure, she was very attentive. The reflexology was very relaxing. I do plan on going back again soon. I think I will do the option for 15 min back massage and 45 mins reflexology, since I want to focus on reflexology, I've heard great things of the many benefits of reflexology so I'm looking forward to incorporating it into my self care going forward. I had a 90-minute sports massage focusing especially on my legs where I had a lot of soreness and knots from hiking. I needed someone who wasn't going to be gentle with me, but pressure through the knots with fingers, forearms, and knuckles .... I don't know what her name was, but she could either be a fantastic masseuse or head of torture for the CIA .... I'm a big believer in more pain more gain when it comes to a massage when your muscles are already sore. Loved it! This place is great. Best cheap massage place in Bergen County, IMO. Been there probably a dozen times l and every massage has been great, save one that was average. They do a great deep tissue massage. My wife has been there even more times and has never had a bad experience. Folks there are extremely friendly. Highly recommended! read more

Exactly what I was looking for! I've been trying different massage spas in the area and I found this location which was by my job. I have horrible pain in my shoulders and needed some kind of relief. I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try. Very clean and the women at the front desk was very friendly! They're Ben sent me a text confirmation the day before for my appointment which I liked. I originally had my appointment for 330 but I ended up leaving work early and they took me 30 minutes earlier which was great. The women who did my massage was SO STRONG. if you don't like deep pressure this may not be a place for you but that was exactly what I was looking for. It was a bit painful at times but on my back and shoulders it was exactly what I needed! The stretching part I could definitely do without, I don't think my body moves like that! She took her time for the massage and really put great effort into it, I was very relaxed. overall my experience was excellent and I would definitely go again. BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD. I had the worst kink in my shoulder/neck - it was stiff and killing me for the last week! Walked in to this place and had this girl Rebecca who gave me a 60 minute massage....she literally worked miracles on my shoulder, neck, and back. You can tell this is a knowledgeable masseur - best experience of massage I've ever had (and I've been to over 100 spas EVERYWHERE in my life!) so much relief and really had the best pressure ever...I felt stretch receptors that I didn't even know I had! by the time my massage was over I was literally on cloud 9...all my pain disappeared Thank you Rebecca !!!! read more

This is the best place I've been to for a massage, first class all the way. Lily, the owner, is always warm and welcoming when I get there. The place is quiet and clean, massage tables are in separate rooms with doors not just curtains. The rooms themselves are nicely decorated, are dimly lit, and have soft music playing that enhances the massage experience. The massage therapists are all great and respond to your requests to focus on one spot or to go harder or softer. I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks! read more

I'm so hurt from this place. I didn't even ask for a pressure point massage and this women started pressing all my pressure points now I have bruises and I'm so sore. I can't turn my neck and my lower back is in pain. I'm really upset I just wanted a relaxing massage. Not a painful one.
