The next day, he was in severe pain and could barely move. No massage should leave someone needing emergency medical care. To make matters worse, they pressured us for a larger tip despite the poor service. The entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. Save yourself the money and the pain--there are much better places to go. I would never return and cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I called to see if they had any availabilities on a Monday night for the following night for two people and thank goodness they were able to fit us in at 8pm. I did call them on Tuesday afternoon to ask if they had an earlier appt and they said we could come in at 730. Perfect. We got there and it was in a newer shopping center which was nice. They had ample parking and the person there to greet us was very friendly and happy to see us. They had our rooms ready to roll, and everything looked and smelled clean. Every Asian massage place is like Russian roulette... you never know what will happen. Bliss takes place here. It was relaxing but then you get spanked, yanked, and stretched out of the blue. I loved it, but it's not for everyone. It was def what I needed after a long day of travel and working. The small Asian woman I had said her name was coco. I'd def get her again but I'm sure every staff there does a good job. Both my coworker and I came out feeling loose as a goose and in that half drunk state. The staff member who checked us out was very appreciative of our patronage and was so polite. Def not what I'm used to at Asian massage places in vegas. Reno is not one of my fave destinations to frequent but if I were to come back, I'd def come back to this place.

If you choose an "add-on," they incorporate it into the timeframe of your massage. For example, I…read morebooked a 60-min Swedish massage and paid extra for a scalp massage/treatment. The scalp massage was incorporated into the 60 minutes, not in addition to, which took away from the 60 minute massage. It's misleading. I wouldn't have paid for an "add-on" if I had known. When I booked it, it said total time was 1hr 15. And when I later asked, they said that includes clean-up time. What does clean-up time have to do with the time shown to the guest? There's also a reason Dolce Vita had availability last-minute, when Atlantis and Peppermill didn't. Dolce is simply not worth the price. The amenities are very very average. In the ladies room, there's only a steam room and sauna. The shampoo and conditioner are poor quality too. The men's room (according to my partner) doesn't even have a steam room. I've visited Dolce about three times, and this past weekend will be my list. You can get a much better experience elsewhere, and for less money. The masseuses are good, but the customer service is just ok. Really wish they'd be more upfront about add-ons, and really wish they'd step up their amenities because the location has potential.

One of my favorite things here is the private mineral soak. They have different rooms inspired by the chakras, so you can reserve your own private room and simply soak, relax, and disconnect for a while. They also have an outdoor soaking area that you can reserve with friends, bring your own food, and spend an hour or two relaxing together (no alcohol). There are also many different treatments and packages, so you can choose how much--or how little--you want to do. I tried the roller table, where you lie down for about 30 minutes while a gentle roller moves along your body. Very simple, but incredibly relaxing. I also did the chakra light experience, which combines the lights with music aligned with the different chakra vibrations. I became so relaxed listening to the music that I almost fell asleep! And then there was my massage with Camille. Her touch was absolutely magical and restorative. I left feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. They also offer an infrared sauna and several other treatments, and you can combine different experiences into packages depending on what you enjoy and how much time you want to spend there. This place has such a peaceful, unique atmosphere, and I highly recommend checking it out--whether you just want a private mineral soak or want to make a whole self-care day out of it.
