I ended up getting the 60 minute Fusion Combo (Thai Body & Feet) and my husband had the 60 minute Foot Reflexology. This was the most uncomfortable massage I've had. I definitely was not relaxing. Oil was just slathered randomly. I've had Thai massages elsewhere, and this experience did not compare. When it was time to stretch, I wasn't wrapped up leaving everything hanging. TMI. She let the female masseuse know that my husband and I wanted to be in a room together, this caused the lady to get upset and they started having a full blown argument, yelling at each other in their language-- wish we would've walked away then. 3. The place was soooo hot! It was uncomfortable! No AC. 4. THE MASSEUSE DID NOT RESPECT MY DESIRE TO KEEP MY CLOTHES ON. Called me back after a few minutes saying I was the person who requested 12pm. I said no, when I booked my appointment I asked for something in the afternoon, I didn't request a certain time, they offered me a 2pm appointment. She stated I asked for 12pm and if I can come in at 12. I thought if I booked for 12pm why are they calling me asking if I can come in at 12 and it's currently 1140?? She made no sense. Then I realized they must have overbooked. But instead of explaining the mistake she blamed me for picking an incorrect time?? I told her I can't come in at 12 (20 minutes from now), why, is my 2pm appointment no longer available? She said no. I said so I don't have an appointment anymore. She said no. Well what fuckin waste of time! If you overbooked, own it and make accommodations to correct the situation. Don't call the customer and blame them for making the appointment for the wrong time when it was you or your staff's incompetence for the mistake. Don't bother wasting your time or money here. I paid $50 cash for a 1 hour full body massage. I added $5 for the chinese oil medicine for my lower back pain and hip issues. The ambiance is ehh. you can barely hear the soothing sound from the room. The room was a little warm. You can hear the rooms next to you. The lady massaging me would talk to others so idk if the door was open or what. Someone probably saw my butt cheeks lol. She left a few times without telling me but i think she went to get towels. Afterwards they offer you water, then wait for a tip. If you dont tip well they'll say thats it? and show you a sign for tip recommendations. i believe $12-$18 for great, $18+ for excellent. It was uncomfortable. Theres also an office cat, which i dont mind. He was cute but i could hear him meowing while i was in the room. The woman who massaged me didnt speak much english. This is my first time visiting the place and have my massage. My friend highly recommend the place so I gave it a try. I had a 60 minutes full body massage and paid for $50. To be honest I was not really happy with the service. 1. The room is kind a smelly. 2. There are moment/s (happened twice) that the masseuse suddenly stop working on my massage, tried asking if everything is ok but no one answer, tried looking around while facing down and she left without telling me she will leave the room to get something. She also talks to other employee in the middle of my massage which is disappointing. 3. When she asked me to turn over, I noticed that the door is opened, she knew that it was opened and I am seeing it but she didn't bother to close it until I asked her to do so. 4. My massage only run for about 50mins when I paid for a 60 mins massage. 5. When I am walking on the hallway on my way put, I noticed the other door opened and there is another person having a massage. I think it is their habit to keep the door open while doing massage? I felt like I got hit by a truck this weekend, so I searched Yelp to find this place. I was massages by May and it was amazing. She did a great job with the massage and was super kind. I love that I was able to fully relax and even take a little nap while I was getting my hour long massage. Thank you for the wonderful service! I'll definitely be coming back. So the whole time I was getting my foot massage, I was literally debating if this is a 2 star spot or can I bump it up to a 3? I'm generous... I grew up in this area and so happen to be in the area. Needed a massage, had time to kill so I pop in at this new spot, glad that i didn't have to drive farther from the area to get a massage. I get the 1 hour foot reflexology, ask if they can add hot stones which us $5 more, they (man and lady) say yes. I pay and get an ehhh ok massage. The guy who I paid had smelly musty breath so I'm glad he used mouth wash that u can freshly smell when he came back to the room to massage me. I was hoping for a firm touch but I barely felt the massage. It seemed like his left hand was stronger and so my left side got the better massage although it still overall lacked. There were times where I felt like he just took a pause and kept still, hands on for what felt longer than a minute each time while I laid there wondering what the heck. No pressure in those moments just hands on pause... I got a decent assisted stretch at the end and a cup of water. I didn't mention not getting the hot stones but I figured if they already got my 5 for a service not given, I'll just tip a 5 (equaling 10). I heard him mention my 5tip to another lady in front who i didnt see when i came in and the little girl (who was sitting in front when i came in) didn't mention my cheapness (lol at another person's review). The lady gave me a card, with the whole come back & get ur 10th one free. Maybe I'll try the Thai massage if i do come back as others have recommended but I wonder if these folks are Thai? Massage Spring is a true hidden gem! From their skilled services all the way to their clear flat rate prices, they go above and beyond for a reasonable cost. Some bad reviews on here are from people who don't understand good customer service --when you schedule an appointment and they call you after the fact to offer a sooner time, that's completely normal when clients are scheduled on a first come first serve list. If someone ahead of you cancels they take you into consideration by giving you a call and moving you up a slot if youd like. I personally love to get seen as soon as possible and appreciate the call backs and notifications from them! I got a coupon for Massage Spring a couple of months ago when they were advertising their grand opening. The coupon was for a 60-minute foot reflexology/massage for $20. The coupon said that the price is normally $30. I did not expect what I received for $20. In fact, throughout the massage I was wondering if Jim (the practitioner) thought that I had paid for something else because of what I was getting. I tried to confirm with him what I already paid for, but he really doesn't speak English. It started by my being taken into a dimly lit room with 5 beds in it and soft music playing. I was the only one there this morning, so it was very quiet. Jim put my feet into a tub of warm water. He then had me lie back. He started out with a gentle face massage and then moved on to the back of the neck. Then he moved to the shoulders. It wasn't a typical massage, though. Next he worked on the arms and hands. I think that all of these parts get the short end of the stick during the typical massage. My body really needed the work! Next, he took my feet out of the water and put them on the stool. My feet and calves got a nice massage. I was really surprised by the next part. He gave me a towel and left the room so that I could remove my clothes on my upper body. (I don't know how this would have worked if other customers/practitioners had been in the room!) I then got a hot stone massage which felt really good. I tried again telling him that I don't think this is supposed to be part of my service. After the 60 minutes, I talked to the woman at the front counter who said that the coupon was for a free hot stone massage, but that was not on the coupon. In fact, the normal price mentioned on the coupon did not match the normal price on the flyer I took. The normal price for that massage is $20. The hot stone part would have been only $5 more. It is the best deal in town and totally worth it! I gave him a very nice tip because Jim really did a good job--especially for $20! Because this is an Asian-owned business, the technique was a little different than I was used to having but wonderful! I will definitely return, and I would like to see this business succeed. Their prices may rise some once they have a solid clientele, but it will be worth it. I do wonder, though, how I would have liked the setting if other customers were in there and one was talkative. My masseuse Jim was so skilled and attentive I will absolutely be returning. I have been to a handful of different massage parlors with different masseuses and he topped even my previous favorite location. I opted for the combination 60min body + 30min foot reflexology and it was only $51! I was also pleasantly surprised that any 90min massage you get a free hot stone service included! Also, to the one star Yelper below who got upset that a kid called them out on their poor tipping service...you deserved it. I usually drive ways out to go to some of my favorite massage/spa parlors just to get a massage however, there's nothing better than to have a massage parlor that's literally less than 10min away! With that being said, I've been coming here since they very first opened in April & couldn't be any more happier with this place. Prices are reasonable, the quality of the massage is worth it, the place is clean & cozy, & the staff is extremely kind! Came here on a whim for the first time! It was a relatively great first time experience. Here's my take: Reception/Check-In: 2 out of 5 The two workers that greeted us, barely spoke english. When I asked about adding the "body scrub" they were a little confused and needed to text someone. You pay ahead of your massage, which was ok for me. Rooms: 2 out of 5 The setup was regular. A table with blankets & a spot for you to put your belongings. There wasn't any ambient / relaxing music playing - so you could really hear everything going on in and out of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and there was a heating pad on the bed which was great! Massage: 2 out of 5 My mom and I came in for a treat. She had the guy - and apparently he was amazing. I had a lady and her pressure was good. The massage was ok, only because it get really rushed. Her movements were quick, brisk, and short. Not smooth, deep, and long motions. When faced down, my face and body kept moving up and down almost the whole time. Never had that happen before. There was an awkward time where the lady moved the blanket towards the middle, down my butt crack, exposing my naked body to massage both my legs. Other than that - It was good. It was also a little weird having the lady and man talking to each in the middle of our massages but hey - It was $45... Overall rating: 3 out of 5 I would go back again because it's worth the $40 + additional $5 for hot stone. In the "Get1Free" coupon booklet I get every month, a coupon for this place was in it. I never would have even heard of this place had it not been for the coupon. I had a driver drive me here and told the driver wait for me to give you the go signal before I go in case there's no availability for me here. So my driver waited. I went in and asked the man at the front desk, "Is there available massage for me in the next 10 minutes? Also I have a coupon." he said yes. So after he told me yes we can have massage for you I told my driver s/he can go now. So I waited on the chair while the guy working the desk called someone and after minutes on the phone he put me on the phone with the guy he was on the phone with and he then told me there was no massage available for me to come back another day or wait 5 hours. They could have told me there was nothing available for me WHEN I FUCKING ASKED IS THERE ANYTHING AVAILABLE! You know, before I told my driver to leave!!! Then I had to wait for a driver again! If you don't like people using coupons for your business, then DON'T MAKE THE COUPONS AND DISTRIBUTE THEM!!! And when I went to use the bathroom I looked around and one person was getting a massage and there were TONS of rooms with TONS o massage beds. One massage therapist with 100 massage beds, really?
